Experience your quintessential Cape Cod vacation in a beautifully renovated 1862 Farm House on Stage Harbor Road! Lush grasses and fragrant landscaping create a colorful and calming atmosphere on this property. The spacious front farmer's porch invites you to relax and enjoy the warm breezes with your morning coffee, while the private back patio, complete with a large table, is perfect for family dinners and nights under the stars. This stunning home comfortably sleeps 13 guests in 6 bedrooms, featuring 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 3 twin beds. All bedrooms include en suite bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. The bright and airy first-floor living area is charmingly decorated with updated furnishings and nautical themes. Stay cool and connected with central A/C and Wi-Fi, and enjoy streaming services on all TVs. Two staircases are available for your use. After a day at Lighthouse or Oyster Pond Beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Both beaches are just a short walk away. A short stroll along the "Loop" will take you into downtown Chatham for movies, dining, ice cream, or shopping. The Coast Guard Station Chatham is also just around the corner. As a special touch, this rental includes a "Welcome Bag," a reusable tote filled with paper and cleaning products for your stay, courtesy of the owner. Charming and spacious, this home is filled with attention to detail and offers the perfect setting to create lasting memories year after year.
Please note: This rental shares a driveway with 4 other rental units on the same property. This home includes 4 assigned parking spots, and the twin bedroom is accessed via a very steep ladder staircase.

Family reunion

House was lovely. Many positives and very fewminor lows. The only one that surprised us was the unsuitability of the bath in the first floor bedroom for someone with balance issues. The result was that the oldest guest needed to go up and down stairs. While we understood the issue, it would have been nice to know about it prior to moving in. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Amazing farmhouse

This property was perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom! Amazing rooms that were quaint and efficiently made to fit a lot of people. The only downside was that we had to leave our 2 dogs home

Wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood!

We absolutely loved this home and the proximity to downtown Chatham. The house is a wonderful blend of antique features with modern amenities, such as 6 bathrooms with large tubs and showers. It was a perfect stay, would highly recommend! One thing to note, two of the twin beds are up a steep ladder in a loft bedroom which would be great for kids but probably not adults.

Family reunion

The 11 of us all enjoyed the house, the small yard for the little ones and had a birthday dinner celebration on the patio, seating for everyone. On the rainy night, we enjoyed the dinning room table. We will be back
