The Space:

Our beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean home is the perfect choice for a large family, two smaller families traveling together or a group of friends.



Downstairs you will find a large living area complete with flat screen TV, large eat-in kitchen, and full bathroom and bedroom with Queen bed. The second floor of this home has three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. On the basement level of our home, you will find not only a ping pong table, but a foosball table as well where kids can hang out for hours. The lofted 2nd floor Master Bedroom boasts a King bed with private balcony for enjoying morning coffee in peace before others awake for the day. ​​​​​​​



Enjoy whipping up breakfast at home or try heading to Hangar B restaurant (just down the road at charming Chatham airport) for the best breakfast and lunch on Cape Cod (seriously!) After breakfast, hop on a Stick’n Rudder Aero Tour to see the amazing views of the Cape and ocean from the friendly skies! After a day spent adventuring, soaking up some sun at the beach or shopping the beautiful boutiques of Chatham, return home to grill up a feast on our home’s large back patio while enjoying your favorite cocktail. Wind down the evening sitting around the fire pit with friends, sharing stories and making Cape memories to last a lifetime!

This is a large house, close to everything. All four bedrooms were good sized, with A/Cs. Lots of space to spread out. Some furnishings are a little tired.

Wequassett Wedding Weekend

Chatham charm

Wonderful stay. House was perfect for our family(3 kids under 6, 4 adults. Beautiful outdoor shower. Spacious living area, well equipped kitchen. Management company(Del Mar) had excellent communication throughout stay. The only suggestion that I’d offer would be to add shades to the upstairs bedrooms. Truly a gem in beautiful Chatham.

A tradition of a three generation vacation

Great rental. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces for all to enjoy together or a little alone time. Ping pong table and fossball big hit. Good location and discovered fun ponds nearby

Wonderful Cape Home

We were very eager to be able to have the entire family together again and this home was the perfect spot to do so. The house was very clean and had great cooking utensils to accommodate our large group. The bedding was in great shape and the family room had plenty of seating! Although we did not use the fire pit outside, it adds a great touch and yet another place to spend time. Very convenient to all things in Chatham and just a short bike ride to the fish pier. The game room downstairs was also wonderful on a rainy day. Del Mar had excellent communication and checked in on us a few times throughout the stay to ensure all was well. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and great location

We’ve stayed in every part of Chatham and this was a crowd pleaser because of the bike trail (Cape doesn’t always have sidewalks). The house had a great layout for 5 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were huge. Also the beds were soooo comfortable. Lots of little areas to spread out and have some quiet time. I did like the dead end for loading the cars, but it’s not exactly quiet because of said great location of a main road, but we slept just great. Family needs were all met!

The house was on a nice quiet dead end with plenty of parking. 5 minutes from downtown and only 15 minutes from beaches. The outdoor space was great for grilling and relaxing in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family trip to Chatham!

The house is perfect for a family or group of people to stay. Plenty of space with 3 queens and a king bed, plus the huge living room seating areas. Quick drive to downtown Chatham and an easy trip to plenty of the other great spots down Cape. Very secluded as well, which was great for plenty of parking spots and the back deck was perfect for private fires at night in the firepit.

A wonderful vacation experience

Great retreat at the Cape

My family of 7 (four adults and four children) had a terrific time in Chatham. The house was beautiful, spacious and provided great amenities that made our stay on Cape Cod very pleasant. We enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit in the evening and dinner conversations and activities around the large kitchen table. The house was centrally located in Chatham with easy access to the bike trail, beaches and downtown. Ben was great to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. I would recommend this home and hope to visit again.

This is a great house for a large family! We had everything we needed. The owner has clearly put a lot into the house including updated bathrooms and very attractive landscaping. The location is also great, and we found the owner to be very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly reccomended!

Wonderful vacation house

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The deck area, the backyard and the ample living room gave everyone space to spread out and enjoy their quiet time. We used the fire pit almost every night, and it was fun to roast marshmallows and gaze at the stars. This house lacked nothing - they had spices, paper towels, cleaning supplies, lots of plush towels and more! Not having to lug beach chairs and towels was a huge plus! The nearby Oyster Pond beach was small with no waves, nice temperature- exactly what we were looking for. It was also a free beach and we did not need to buy a $75 beach pass to use it! Fishing off of Cockle Cove beach was excellent (caught a striper and a large blue.) The owner, Ben is very responsive and provided us with some good advice about Chatham beaches and restaurants. Thanks for a great two weeks!

Wonderful house.... close to everything.

We had a great stay at this home. Plenty of privacy and quiet. Very short drive to everything Chatham has to offer. Adjacent to to bike trail so if you like walking and biking, its perfect. Lots of space to rest and play! The owner is very prompt and helpful. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
