Chatham Seaside Cottage - Oceanfront Beach Cottage - Spectacular Views

On over two acres of Oceanfront, 'Bayberry and Seadaisy Cottages at Ridgevale Beach face the temperate waters of Nantucket Sound. It is ideally situated at Ridgevale Beach and the mouth of 'Buck's Creek' a beautiful tidal estuary offering great swimming, boating, and shellfishing, as well as spectacular views. Shorebirds, from tiny Sanderlings to the Great Blue Heron, are frequent visitors. The Sundeck provides a relaxing spot for enjoying it all.

Inside, each window frames a portrait of open ocean, river, or salt marsh. The cottage is heated, and comfortably furnished with fireplaced living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and bath. SMART CABLE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING and outdoor gas grills and KAYAKS are also provided. In addition, the cottage has a private outdoor shower, a simple and delicious pleasure after a day on the beach.

We are open year round, and between November and March, are treated to fantastic ocean sunsets! For summertime, reservations are necessary well in advance. The cottages are rented out by the week from Saturday to Saturday from June to the end of September. In the quieter off-seasons, we can often accommodate guests on short notice.

The Bayberry Cottage was perfect for our family of 5 Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Scott was unbelievable helpful, communicative, and attentive. You cannot beat this location and the views, even in during the off-season. Our family will never forget the memories at this cozy cottage, which had all the amenities we needed.

Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage was supplied with everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway to reconnect and have some much needed family time. Scott gave us amazing food recommendations and tips on the best time to kayak We loved everything about our stay and hope to visit again..

We stayed at Bayberry Cottage last week. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and could walk there easily. Ann and Scott were excellent hosts! Very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It was one of the best rentals I have stayed in and will return! Thank you Ann and Scott for a lovely Cape Cod vacation!

Wonderful cottage in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the Bayberry cottage in late November. Location is amazing - very private. Any direction you look, there is either ocean, or a beach, or tidal rivers surrounding the place. Very friendly and helpful host as well!

PARADISE !Our stay at the Seadaisy Cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more ! The Cottage was charming, clean and well stocked with breathtaking views !Scott and Ann were very Gracious Hosts and could not have been nicer. Scott checked in often to make sure we were ok. And Ann even gave me seeds from her garden, which I look forward to planting in the Spring !We have been coming to The Cape for years and this was by far the most special place we have ever stayed. Best rental stay

This is the second time we've stayed at the cottage. The location and views are spectacular. Right on the beach so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.Scott was a gracious host. He communicated with us before the visit, had helpful tips when we arrived, and checked in during our stay.

Just what we needed

My daughter and I stayed at the cottage for a couple of days in March for a quiet getaway and it was perfect. Outside of the fact that it's in a fantastic location and we could enjoy the beach all to ourselves, the home was very cozy and clean, and Scott was amazing - very attentive and super helpful with information about the area. Will visit again.
