"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The food is exquisite but pricey. Dinner for 2 was 30 percent more than we paid for the room but worth it.

Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after...

"Middle of town. Easy to walk around. Convenient location. Across the street from the tram that takes you to the spa. Didn’t eat at the restaurant cause checked in too late. But several others within walking distance. The lift is the size of a bathtub. One person and bag per trip otherwise a nice clean quiet place "

"Nosotros fuimos 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños, y la habitación era bastante amplia para todos, eso nos gusto mucho, además de los horarios del desayuno y de la piscina cubierta, no solo era horario europeo, por ejemplo la piscina estaba abierta hasta las 22:00, y si estas todo el dia fuera del hotel, pensar que cuando llegases podias darte un baño para descansar era un alivio."

He helped us with our bags to a beautiful room with stunning view of the surrounding forests and a herd of deer. We dined at a great restaurant in the nearby village. "A beautiful chateau in the Ardennes, about 25 minutes from Spa. The location is beautiful, the hosts are fantastic, and the accommodations are nice.
We found it to be in a very good location to explore. I highly recommend it. We will return when we are in the area again. "

"C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de service petit déjeuner et surtout, la surprise sur le gâteau, à mon lever du matin, il n’y avait plus de courroie dans la chambre. Je n’avais plus de lumière, plus de courant pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux. Il faut dire que ce genre de surprise ne me passionne pas forcément."
