It is the most ancient hotel Saint Emilion, but remodeled and with all the comfort inside and at the same time still conserving that charming and luxurious French old style. Five stars customer service, the staff was great, the cleanliness and of course the Michelin restaurant they have inside the hotel which was a magic experience to try. When I come back I will stay in the same hotel."

"What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay."

"We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll....

"Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!"

"Fantastisk flott sted med herlig område, vennlige ansatte og stor flid i at alt skal være bra. Noe gangavstand fra Libourne, men har du bil er det ikke noe problem. De ordner herlig frokost med blant annet lokalt syltetøy og honning. Kjempefin tur på området og smaking av lokale viner."
