Maison Magnolia is a fully renovated 1930s townhouse. Located right next to the Chasse-sur-Rhône train station, it’s a 20-minute trip to Lyon. Very quick access to the A7 highway and the “Rocade Est” bypass. The total living area is 140 m² spread over two floors. Ideal for six professionals: beds made, with towels and bath linens provided. Two bathrooms available.
A large 800 m² garden. Free parking for several vehicles in the garden.

This fully renovated 1930s house is located near the train station, providing access to Lyon in 20 minutes with about 20 train trips daily.
You’ll be close to the A7 highway (25-minute drive to Lyon) and near the Rocade Est, allowing you to reach Eurexpo, for example, in 30 minutes.
Ideal for groups of professionals (up to 6 people) and families of up to 8 people.

High-speed fiber-optic internet is available in the house.

The well-equipped kitchen and the large living room are perfect for gathering and enjoying time together.
We offer 5 cozy bedrooms equipped with very comfortable, high-quality bedding, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets.
Great care is taken with the bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels, which are managed by a laundry service. Shower gel and soap are provided in the bathrooms and restrooms to get your stay off to a good start.

Detailed description:
The large living area welcomes you with its entryway, the living room featuring a decorative fireplace and two sofas.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator-freezer, a gas stovetop, an oven, and a microwave.
A Nespresso coffee maker and a traditional filter coffee maker, as well as a kettle and a toaster.

On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms:

- 1 master suite with a 140 x 200 double bed and a walk-in shower with a sink. Only this room has air conditioning.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed

Also on the first floor, you’ll find a separate restroom.

UPSTAIRS, a small living room with a sofa and desk welcomes you:

Then, upstairs, you’ll find 3 cozy bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 200)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200)

As well as a bathroom with a toilet.

The house has a large yard perfect for outdoor activities.

We’re here to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

We’ll welcome you upon arrival between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We are flexible depending on how the house is being used.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM on weekdays; however, we offer a 2:00 PM check-out time on Sundays.
