"This was a sweet place to stay while we explored the Rocky Mountain NP. Nicely decorated, sweet little kitchen, great shower and bathroom. Nice location. Very comfortable. We loved it! Just be aware that the photo that is used to represent this lodge is nothing that we saw. Instead, it was shed row style of 3 or so rooms. "The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water "

"Super cute property and hotel. Feels more condo like. Lots of spacious sitting areas outside on balconies // couches, chairs. A few fire pits around. Feels very Swiss and welcoming. A short drive to the town and national parks. But a great place to come back to rest each night! Basic continental breakfast included. "

"The property is old but has Character, I Didn't know the Lodge was Daoism, but it was very quiet and the staff was great. No active Kitchen, so we had to go down to Estes Park to eat. They did provide pastries in the morning. No TV, or Internet connection. There was Wifi if you wanted to phone out. If you don't have children that need to be entertained, then I would recommend it for a getaway for a weekend. There is Horseback Riding next door."

"Top notch customer service. Relaxing environment. Plenty of activities for the whole family. We enjoyed watching a DVD while soaking in the jacuzzi tub. The room was perfect with 2 tv’s, recliners, small kitchen area. 10/10. Will go back! "

"We spent two non-consecutive nights here, and the cabin feel was pleasant, rooms were clean, property was adequate - but it IS a non-contact registration and check-in, which brought a few issues. Figuring out how to get into the correct room initially was a challenge, as it was all by email and online contact. Plus our refrigerator wasn't cold, but found out by trial and error that it had been turned off (by staff, I assume, for us to figure out and turn on after arrival). Also, main ice...

"Our stay was wonderful, this is a beautiful cabin, facing the big Thompson River, we enjoyed the hot tub on the private deck, it was nice having the kitchen, fully stocked and ready to go, the barbecue grill was convenient and easy to access. Tony, was wonderful and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time, would highly recommend."

"The staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful, we were able to navigate to the national park much more easily because of the tips given to us. Only thing they don’t have is a microwave in the room, no ac, and no tv. Other than that, we got into town fairly easily. We did not know this but you can use their facilities for the kids, huge bonus if you have time for that. "
