"Beautiful room, easy check in service!"

"Ok"

"Clean updated room, only downside was the elevator was out of order."

"I will say the staff was incredibly kind however, everything about the room was extremely uncomfortable. It smelled horribly, the bed was probably the worst bed I'd ever slept in. The springs were broken and hard as a rock. The shower curtain was moldy and the entrance door handle was broken. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights and I barely made it the first night. "I stayed one night in a non-smoking room. I am very sensitive to secondhand smoke and odors associated with. The room was indeed free from odors. The bed very comfortable. Was surprised it actually had an iron and ironing board, fridge with even a decent freezer and small microwave. Also a hair dryer, but no facial tissues. Had a TV for streaming and I couldn't get any programs. The men at the front desk were very courteous. I booked this at the last minute and had a good stay overall"

"Charging ports wasn't working and horrible staff"
