Ground floor: living room/kitchen (with American-style refrigerator), old bread oven, toilet, pantry.
Upstairs: access to a 28 m² covered terrace with a 32°C heated jacuzzi (open only in July and August) and exercise bike, one bedroom with two single beds, one suite with two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed), bathroom with toilet. The cottage is air-conditioned throughout.

Private courtyard, garden, 70 m² terrace.

Shared with the other cottage and the owners: heated swimming pool [solar heating, (10 x 5 m) unsupervised (fenced)], open from June 15th to September 30th, weather permitting.

Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat.
Sheets, towels, and household linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival. Reinforced Green'Up charging point for electric vehicles (included in your stay).
Food truck in the village every other Thursday during the summer. The house is attached to the owner's house and offers complete privacy. Located in a village near the Périgord region (30 minutes from Brantôme and the Piégut market).
