  • This Waterfront Condo is located literally on the edge of the beautiful Charlottetown Marina and Harbour. This sunny luxurious Condo is within walking distance of fine restaurants, arts and culture at the Confederation Centre of the Arts and many local Pubs, Breweries and Nightclubs.

    Speaking of walking, the scenic Charlottetown Boardwalk walking trail system passes by the front of the Studio building for easy access for running or walking. These walking trails also connect to the much larger and famous Confederation Trails system, this a shared use walking and cycling trail in the summer that goes from one end of the Island to the other . It was born when the Railways were abandoned in 1989 on PEI. With beautiful rolling hill scenery, quaint villages and broad bay seascapes, the Confederation Trail is Prince Edward Island's portion of the Trans Canada Trail.

    All major downtown Events are actually moments from this Charlottetown waterfront location. This Condo is perfect as a central headquarters if planning to head out to explore the Gentle Island , then returning to comfortable surroundings to relax, rejuvenate and plan your next day with all the amenities of home.

    This centrally located Condo includes free parking, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a beautiful view of the Charlottetown Harbour where you will see cruise ships coming and going from our beautiful city. Common area roof deck is available also for panoramic views of Downtown Charlottetown. Enjoy easy access to the Bi-pass highway heading East or West for your exploration of our Gentle Island. You will be an easy 20 minute drive from the very popular Brackley and Stanhope beaches on the North Shore of PEI.

    If you are visiting in September, every year there is a major event known as the Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival, a four-day festival packed with culinary demos, celebrity chefs, delicious dining experiences, the best of the best potato seafood chowder and oyster shucking competitions. At night dance the night away at the biggest East Coast kitchen party, with some of Atlantic Canada’s best known entertainment. This Condo is literally 5 Minute walk from the Charlottetown Event Grounds which host this fantastic event each September.

LOVE BEING AT THE SEAPORT

Great location in the heart of the Charlottetown Seaport. We were steps away from restaurants, the Founders Market, Cows ice cream, cable car tour, and front row seats for Canada Day fireworks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Fall stay in Charlottetown

We were in town for USports Rugby and foynd this fantastic condo! Easy walk to to great restaurants and pubs. Great harbour view. The guest guide in the condo was very helpfull too. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

Perfect Spot

We had a great stay in this beautiful Condo. Well located, views of the Ships docking, the boardwalk around the harbour and an easy walk to the centre of town, restaurants, shops etc. Unit was very clean and had all of the essentials needed for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Stay

This is the perfect location for looking out on the water, walking to the park and restaurants! We could see the fireworks for Canada Day right out the window. A lovely and perfect vacation.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect central location. We had a waterfront view and enjoyed the balcony daily. The check in process was so easy and everything was so perfect it made me want to move there permanently!

Wonderful accommodations and location

Couldn’t have enjoyed this place more. Even though the island was experiencing some of the effects of Hurricane Lee, it was safe and comfortable. Excellent walking access to just about everything you want to see or enjoy. Hope we get a chance to return.

Want to stay again and again and again.

Great location. Near the activity yet quiet and peaceful. Walk everywhere if you want! Condo extremely pleasant and comfortable. Has everything you need. Great view! Favorite spot was the balcony with comfy seating.

On the Water in Charlottetown

Beautiful waterfront condo in Charlottetown. Enjoy coffee on the balcony while watching the cruise ships come in… Great staging area for adventures on the island… easily walkable to all the in town attractions… and within an hour or so of lovely driving through the rolling potato fields to Ann of Green Gables, the Potato Museum, the beaches…

Spacious PEI condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown. The condo was like “coming home” after our days of beach walking and hiking. Its location makes it very easy to navigate to all destinations on the island. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby and it is well equipped for eating in. We highly recommend it. For us it was a five star fit!

Amazing June Vacation!

Property and location are perfect! Condo is very well maintained and organized, everything looked new. Five minute or less walk to shops, food and entertainment. We would often find ourselves just enjoying the view and watching the world go by. Excellent location to base your PEI visit out of with day trips to Cavendish, Georgetown and more.
