Downtown Heritage Gem Near Waterfront & Convention Center

Este edificio histórico fue construido originalmente en 1844. Es cinco (5) de espesor de ladrillo! Su techo fue destruida por el fuego de 1869, pero el resto del edificio se mantuvo intacta. Uno de nuestros Padres de la Confederación alojado en este hotel durante la famosa conferencia. Hoy en día, el exterior de esta joya histórica sigue siendo consistente con su construcción original. Sin embargo, las suites dentro de este han sido completamente renovadas para incluir seis (6) electrodomésticos (que incluyen estufa, refrigerador, horno de microondas, lavaplatos, lavadora y secadora grandes), cocina totalmente equipada. El baño tiene una ducha independiente y una bañera con patas. La habitación grande tiene una cama nueva, cómoda, tamaño queen y amplios armarios con perchas de madera. La suite tiene pisos de madera dura y techos de diez (10) pies. También ofrecemos estacionamiento en la calle en nuestra propiedad junto con Internet y cable. Nuestros clientes han amado el hecho de esta suite es de cinco (5) minutos a pie de entretenimiento, restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, tiendas, y el paseo marítimo frente al mar. Los clientes a menudo aparcar su vehículo para toda sus vacaciones Charlottetown y caminar por todas partes. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Amazingly convenient location in downtown. Laurie was communicated everything we needed to know very clearly, had amazingly detailed restaurant recommendations, and a locely disposition. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was beyond our expectations in terms of location, living space, comfort and cost. It was spacious and user-friendly. The hosts were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating; if there was ever an issue or a need, they responded quickly and efficiently. We loved being downtown and in walking distance of the waterfront and the whole downtown area. We would easily stay here again if the opportunity arose. Many thanks to our hosts Laurie and Alan!

Laurie was a great host. She was patient and very responsive as our arrival time kept changing and we had minimal access to the internet. The apartment was very clean and offered great spaces. We would highly suggest to anyone looking in the area!

This was a great condo and suited our needs perfectly. It’s 1 block away from the wharf and 1 block away from all the great restaurants, pubs and cafes. Parking is included right behind their building. Laurie was an excellent host and kept in touch in case we had any questions or issues. The condo itself was awesome - great WiFi, comfortable bed, nice kitchen. We spent most of our time at all the golf courses but the little time we were actually in the condo it suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely rent this place again!!!

What a great week we had in this property. Spotlessly clean, quiet and so close to amenities. The apartment was much larger than it looks in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return next time we are in PEI

Our stay was lovely. You really can't beat the location - right downtown Charlottetown. There was lots of parking to be found on the street, too. The space was quite roomy, kitchen fully stocked with utensils, the wi-fi signal was good, and linens were great quality. We would definitely stay here again.

june20th to 27th 2018 , my wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary, we had never done b&b . We decided to check VRBO and found a quaint apt , was worried but decided to do it anyways . Thank Christ we did , the place is centrally located downtown within walking distance to harbour front a many great restaurants, when we got there our host Laurie was waiting , she gave us some info about the places and areas to go to ,we also went to the travellers information centre where we received a lot more info from the staff which were nice and friendly and very helpfull , the place is furnished well , has a bedroom , washroom,laundry room, kitchen and dinette area and living rm . It was much nicer than just a hotel rm at at lot less money I will definitely stay there again thank you very much Laurie for your graciousness signed Robert and Patricia knight Ps you have to go to the Water/ Prince restaurant for chowder. The best in the area

June 27th to the 30th, 2018 We were blown away with the apartment and our host Laurie. She is a caring host who wants you to have a wonderful time in such a great heritage town and the building she has her apartments in. Accommodations are spotless, she has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to everything just park your car you won't need it. It was my birthday while we were there so we decided to go to the performance of Jesus Christ Superstar that is playing at the Confederation Center right across the street from where some folks recommended the restaurant in the Humboldt Hotel for steak dinner. They were so right, awesome meal. The show was memorable great voices. Super evening. Only thing we could say is we needed to stay a week not 3 days. Just not enough time to do it justice. Thank you Laurie for being a super host. Tom & Gail

We loved the host and the habitat! Perfect location to explore old Charlottetown. Surrounded by great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We made it our home base for 3 days of exploring PEI and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This place had everything. It was all new interior in a beautiful historic building in a location perfect for walking to the most desirable shopping and eating and museums. Laurie has thought of everything that you might need and the quality of the furnishings and kitchen items was remarkable. Excellent wifi. We felt so at home. We would return here anytime. Be sure to visit Receiver Cafe for breakfast and their bakery for bread!

What a lovely suite in such a convenient location. So comfortable and relaxing. All the comforts of home. Laurie was such a kind host. She also recommended a great place to go for a quick dinner before the theatre. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Situated on the ground floor of an old character home, the apartment has been completely renovated. It is tastefully decorated and provides everything needed for a vacation stay. We appreciated the lovely bed linen and when I mentioned I liked a thinner pillow, the owner turned up with one the next day! Having and in-suite laundry - detergent supplied! - is a real bonus. The location is right in the heart of the City and it it literally a few minutes walk to a variety of really lovely restaurants in character-filled, renovated old buildings, the Water and parks. Park your car and walk. The entrance to the apartment is a little unsettling, but don't despair, the apartment is lovely.
