"The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping ..."

"I paid for a King Deluxe room. It was anything but deluxe! The fan on the air conditioning unit was running very loud. Kept me awake most of the night. Could not shut the fan off. The faucet on the tub/shower was broken. Half of the handle was missing. There was black mold around the bathroom sink ..."
