With all this space to offer, this home can easily accommodate up to 16 guests, making it ideal for groups of friends and multiple families to spend precious time together. Single families and couples can also enjoy this space thanks to its thoughtful design.

Our guests have shared with us what they loved the most about our property is the spaciousness and privacy, the decor, and all of the activities it has to offer. All of that while being just 5-10 minutes from downtown Mooresville, where every convenience is available, such as restaurants, boutiques, and big-box retail.

Living Spaces

Now take a step into luxury–the rustic modern, open-plan living space has been designed with togetherness in mind, and your group will love spending time in the house's 5 different gathering areas.

On the property's main level, you'll find two living room areas that give your group a spot away from the action of the games room. In the first of the two you'll find a gas fireplace, a 75” large-screen TV with surround sound, and a comfy couch where you can settle in for the ultimate movie marathon.

The second of the spaces provides even more room to lounge in peace. The leather couch and plush armchairs make this part of the house perfect for enjoying some downtime with friends or having a moment alone to catch up on social media. Both rooms have wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors that open directly onto the deck letting plenty of light in, helping guests feel at one with the surrounding nature.

The lower-level Great Room is likely to be where your group hangs out most. It features a fireplace, wet bar, and a fully outfitted indoor games room where you can tap into your competitive nature and challenge your friends and family to see who will be crowned champion of the vacation. Show 'em who's boss on the foosball and pool table, or get a tournament going on the electronic dart board.

If you're in the mood for a more low-tech afternoon, hunker down with a puzzle or a board game instead. This space also has a gas fireplace and a 75” TV with surround sound that's ideal for watching your favorite sports team do their thing or binging your favorite streaming show. The plush sofa provides a comfortable space for your group to hang out together, and the wet bar ensures refreshments are always within reach.

Kitchen & Dining

The entire kitchen space has been redesigned and is fully equipped with everything your group chef has dreamed of. Quartz countertops and professional, high-end stainless steel appliances give the space a clean, modern feel that invites you to prepare mouth-watering masterpieces for the group. There's plenty of room in this open-plan space to invite a sous chef or two to lend a hand.


The breakfast bar comfortably seats six and is a great spot for casual breakfasts and quick snacks. The comfortable dining area seats ten and provides the perfect setting for delicious group dinners and long, laughter-filled lunches that you'll remember for years to come.

Bedrooms & Baths

There are five beautiful bedrooms on the home's main floor, each with plenty of space, style and practical features for the comfiest stay imaginable.

The primary bedroom has walkout access to the back deck and hot tub. This spot boasts stunning views of the lake and the warm bubbles of the hot tub make it the perfect place to enjoy a sunset glass of wine or some late-night stargazing. The room's black wood accents and sliding barn doors give the room an ultra-modern feel that wouldn't be out of place in a five-star hotel.

The room is furnished with a luxurious four-poster king bed and plush linens that will have you sleeping soundly every night. The blackout blinds and bedside lamps create an elegant atmosphere to relax and unwind, and the TV is perfect for a midnight movie session.

This primary suite benefits from a private en-suite bathroom with double vanities, plus a private toilet room and an extra-large walk-in shower with plenty of room for two. The soaking tub with lake views is a dreamy finishing touch for soaking tired bones and getting lost in a good book after a fun day larking around on the water.

Two guest bedrooms each have a king-size bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa. Both rooms are finished to a high standard, giving guests the feeling of staying in a boutique hotel. Matching lamps are handy for nighttime readers, and there's plenty of space and storage for 3-4 guests to comfortably share the room. These rooms share a gorgeous and spacious bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. This bathroom also has a private toilet room for extra privacy.

A third guest bedroom has two twin beds that are ideal for friends or kids to make use of. The room has beautiful views of the surrounding nature and the large windows let in plenty of natural light that bathes the space in an invitingly warm glow.

There's also a bunk room with two twin over double bunk beds. Each bed has its own lamp and the ceiling fan keeps the space nice and cool even on hot summer days. Guests in these rooms share a newly-fitted hall bath with two vanities and a shower/tub combo.

There is an additional shared lower-level bathroom with a single vanity and large walk-in shower to avoid any queues for getting ready to go out to dinner.

Luxury on Woodstream is one of those rare homes where the outside space is equally as impressive as the indoor space. Two outdoor decks (one with a gas fire table and a private hot tub) look out onto the water and their expansive seating groups are equally ideal for a tranquil cup of morning coffee or a lively group conversation. There's also a covered patio for the shade-bathers in your group, a fourth seating area on the shore of the lake, and a fifth on the expansive dock.

If there's a BBQ master in your midst, point them in the direction of the outdoor grill and griddle for epic cookouts to remember. When the sun goes down, light the lakeside fire pit and pull up an Adirondack chair for an evening by the water under the stars, or take advantage of the private hot tub and enjoy your favorite music with built-in Bluetooth capabilities.

The lake itself is the jewel in the crown of the property. Guests can make use of the included four kayaks and two paddle boards, and it's possible to hire a boat or bring your own thanks to the private dock directly out front on the lake.

If you prefer your fun to take place on dry land, head over to play ping pong, pickleball, Frisbee golf, corn hole, Bocce Ball, or ½ court basketball, all on property. There's also a lovely walking path along the lake where wanderers can look for birds and other lakeside critters, and we provide a selection of yard games suitable for adults and kids alike.

If you are driving to the property, you'll have no problem parking multiple vehicles on the expansive driveway.

There is an EV Charger near the garage door for easy charging for your vehicle - ChargePoint Level 2 outdoor charger.

​​​​​​​There is a minimum age requirement of 30 years old to rent this property. Our home is pet friendly so it may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies.

The property is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers. It also has a state-of-the-art water filtration and air purification system to ensure your stay with us is as happy and healthy as possible.

The step-down living room and stairs to the lower level make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The Neighborhood

Luxury on Woodstream is located on the shores of Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC just outside of Charlotte. Lake Norman is the largest man-made body of freshwater in North Carolina. With over 520 miles of shoreline and a surface area of more than 50 square miles, it's no wonder the lake is often referred to as the inland sea of North Carolina.

The property is perched on a quiet waterway of the lake, giving guests the perfect base to make the most of the calm, cool water, and North Carolina's glorious climate. While away the hours swimming and sunbathing, enjoy a group picnic on the dock, or rent a boat or jet ski to explore the lake: the choice is yours! Lake Norman is also a popular spot for fishing large striped bass, plentiful largemouth bass, and an array of other interesting species. Bird watchers also flock to the lake to spot bald eagles, hawks, great blue herons, and kingfishers (all of which can be viewed from the property's private deck).

If you fancy a break from the lake, you're in luck! The property is just 5-10 minutes from Mooresville's plethora of restaurants, delis, coffee shops, and bakeries. Your group can spend the morning in Mooresville enjoying a delicious brunch before picking up fresh produce to take back to the house for tasty afternoon snacks on the deck. Mooresville also has a good selection of grocery stores so you can stock up on the ingredients needed to create your favorite recipes. For the retail therapy lovers in your group, there are some fantastic boutique stores to browse and pick up a souvenir to remember the vacation by.
