Prior to departing cut off ceiling fans, lights turn temp to energy setting, and leave parking passes. Failure to leave passes is $50.

Perfect home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay. Irish went above and beyond with all the little extras including setting the table with Christmas dishes for the holiday. It was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our family gathering. Irish was also always available for questions and she truly wants to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this home.

Nice one story beautiful and comfy house

This was a friendly neighborhood, clean well stocked, beautifully decorated home. I loved being able to find my own alone space in this home. Irish was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Iris's Home

We had a terrific stay. The house had everything we needed. My wife fell in love with the new oven and all of the appliances/TV's worked great. The sheets and towels were super soft and smelled so good. We will be coming to Greensboro to visit family a few times a year and we hope that Iris will have us!

Quiet, Spacious and Accomendating

We were in Greensboro for business and needed something to accommodate my cousin, my husband and myself for four nights...The home is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is full sized and well stocked. The neighborhood was pleasant and close to restaurants and shopping. Our host was accessable and helpful. We will stay here again. Thank you very much

Home away from home

My family enjoyed staying in a home much more than a hotel room. It was nice to have a space for friends and family to come and visit with us. The kitchen was stocked with any utensils needed. The house was clean and comfortable. Our dogs adored the large fenced back yard and making friends through the fence with neighbors dogs.

Enjoyable experience

We enjoyed our stay here while we had our home in Greensboro renovated. We were especially pleased with the owner allowing us to bring our dog which many places ban. The heat broke during our stay, and the owner immediately had someone come fix it even though it was the weekend. We were very grateful for this. Overall, it was a great stay.

Definitely home away from home

My family and me stayed here during my niece's graduation and loved it. There was a lot of room for everyone without running into one another. (7 of us stayed here) We mostly stayed out on the deck in the backyard which was very spacious. This house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Greensboro. Didn't get to meet the owner, but wish I had so I could have told her in person how much we enjoyed staying here. Great house.

Perfect house for our trip

Irish was a wonderful hostess and very accommodating. She was so kind to get baby items for our baby at the last minute so we didn't have to travel with them, and the snacks provided were much appreciated! The house fit our needs very well and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the box of toys! Location is very close to town and restaurants, including a Starbucks for morning coffee.

Truly home away

Everything that describes the property is absolutely true! Very clean, beautiful and the beds are so comfortable that you linger in them longer than you should. The location was also great and it was very convenient to the wedding venue........less than ten minutes. The personal touches from Irish make a huge statement that she cares about her guests. It is the perfect getaway for those who want to be away from home but desire at home comfort! And even more perfect when you are accompanied by your family.........cozy and private.

Incredible experience

Our first time to use this service and we were nervous about how this would turn out. This entire experience has been fabulous. The home is in a prime location, close to a shopping center just a couple miles away. Beautiful cozy home, everything you need, clean... simply perfect! The owner was equally amazing. Quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. Home was beautifully decorated for Christmas too! Loved it!

Beautiful home & location

This house was perfect for our needs - 6 adults & 3 children. We were in town for a high school graduation at the Greensboro Coliseum, so our commute was only 15 minutes. It was definitely very clean and inviting when you walk in the door. Irish's personal touches (bottled water & snacks) were a very nice addition and she was quick to respond to our inquiries. The house is in a very nice & quiet neighborhood and the setting is beautiful. I would definitely recommend "Grannie Bert's"!

Clean and Serene Greensboro Scene

If you're looking for a quiet, pretty, Greensboro place that accommodates up to 8 people in beds, with room for a few more in portable cribs or sleeping bags, this one-story super-clean home with nice, elevated patio and big, fenced backyard (you can bring a few dogs, as we did) is your ticket. It has 2 bathrooms and a half-bath, kitchen with more than adequate cookware, plates, utensils, etc., and modern almost-new kitchen and laundry appliances. If you need anything, personable owner Irish is nearby, and quickly responsive. We were there for a daughter's wedding and it was perfect.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped

We spent 5 nights at this house just before Christmas. We arrived late and the host has left on lights for our after dark arrival. We were quite pleased about the exceptionally clean house and the kitchen was the best equipped of any rental we have visited. The host was easy to contact and very prompt with her responses. The host even left treats for both the humans and our little dog. It is hard to find a house with a fully fenced backyard so we felt good about the safety of our dog in this fully-fenced yard.

Perfect home and owner was wonderful!

We stayed in this home due to the flooding caused by Hurricane Florence at the beach. The home was wonderful and very comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and only 1.5 miles from Guilford College where our son is attending! The owner was amazing. She had fresh brownies waiting for us when we arrived. She also offered for us to stay 2 extra nights without charge due to our home being destroyed during the hurricane. Every question and/or communication with the owner was promptly responded to and always so positive and thoughtful. You will not find a better home to rent or owner to work with in Greensboro. We will stay here every time we visit Greensboro!

Great stay in Greensboro

The home is just like the listing. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice backyard for the family to be together. There were only a couple of things I wish were better. The main thing is there is only one sofa in the family room that is not very comfortable so seating is a problem. The dining table is right there so we sat on those chairs but it would have been nice to have more comfortable seating to watch TV. The other thing is we spent The Easter holiday here. There are not cookie sheets or baking pans. I had to go buy some. Otherwise totally enjoyed our time. Very centrally located to store and restaurants.
