Summary:

Large renovated historic home with state of the art appliances. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, medical professionals, and college visits. It is centrally located in the historic district of York Chester for travel to nearby activities as well as Charlotte without being in the big city.

It’s a three minute drive to the FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment) and is south of Downtown Gastonia.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to entire house and patio outside back door, except the basement (locked with storage supplies). The yard may be shared with other guests renting the studio above the detached garage. Carport limits vehicle size to max of 7’3” x 7’3”. The carport must be clear so guests at the guest house can get in and out.

This house is in a residential neighborhood and faces a main street. Therefore, there is no parking in front and noise can be heard from passing vehicles.

Getting Around:

Important: Vehicle clearance is a maximum height and width of 7ft 3inches due to the carport and narrow driveway that lead to parking in the backyard. There is no street parking in front of the house. The front faces a main road.

Main house allows for 2 parking spaces.
