Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees.

✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.

✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $125 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.

✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people.

✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes, or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.

✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.

✔ No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees.

The room was not in good condition: shower handle fell off, multiple bare spots on the walls where previous artwork was apparently removed and not repaired. Hall tree that was falling apart, stool that was falling apart. Gym was extremely lame. No EV charger as promised. Silverware was difficult to find. Extra towels were in a closet that was not easy to find. Instructions for checkin were not provided until we called. Parking place was taken so we had to contact staff in order to find a parking place. Checkin at 4 pm is extremely late, causing inconvenience. Bathroom sink was an unsightly mess. Frankly, 3 starts is generous.
