Great place to stay

My partner and I stayed here with our 5 month old while visiting with friends for Thanksgiving week. It was perfect for us- clean and comfortable and just our kinda vibe.. We got in kinda late so having some snacks and next morning coffee and creamers was a nice touch. We walked to breakfast and grocery store close by on a nice morning.. location is great. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family. Great location.

Perfect location in Charlotte for long weekend

A super cute flat with a modern mid-century Ikea vibe in the beautiful Dilworth section of Charlotte. It was quiet and safe and close to everything. Only 5 minute walk from a Food Lion and a fabulous coffee shop and gym. The flat was stocked with snacks, cold soft drinks, butter, coffee and cream and a lovely bottle of Spanish Merlot. Hosts were very responsive. Wonderful all around, really.

Cozy apartment

Great dog friendly place in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved everything about this place. I stayed here with just myself and my dog. The neighborhood is very nice and I felt safe walking my dog alone after dark. Easy to find, they offer one parking spot but there is plenty of street parking if you had a 2nd car. Check in was easy, the property manager was friendly and responded quickly, they allowed me to check in early so that was really nice of them. The unit is on the 2nd floor so If you are unable to use stairs you would not want to stay here as there is no elevator. That did not bother me, only mentioning it because I don't believe the listing does. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Wish the listing stated it was second floor. Area is great and quiet. Building is older so the door rattles when others open outside door, weather stripping would solve this. Shower heads and pressure are weak. Overall a great little place.

Dillworth Neighborhood Apartment

The Condo is on a street of multifamily properties in a Beautiful Neighborhood convenient to South Blvd where all the bar/restaurants and shops are located. The owners were delightful to deal with and provided us with essentials for a peaceful stay. They went over the top with stocking the bar, providing our first night meal supplies: including 2 bottles of wine, spaghetti/sauce . On top of that OJ, english muffins, coffee, creamer for the first mornings breakfast. It was so thoughtful to save a rushed trip to the grocery upon arrival. The bed was perfectly comfy, plenty of extra pillows. The cleanliness of the condo was spot on, especially through these trying times of Covid. Internet and TV worked flawlessly . As a guest in a new city we felt the owners provided us with a safe environment.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a great location. I booked this last minute to evacuate Hurricane Florence with 2 dogs and couldn’t have been more pleased. The extra touches and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you!

Classy and comfortable! Great neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia #1 in Dilworth. We arrived to find the lights on and classical music playing on the sound system. The apartment is beautiful,clean, and comfortably furnished. A basket of goodies, including the making of a meal, greeted us in the kitchen, and in the refrigerator were English muffins, butter, orange juice and cream for coffee. The kitchen is well furnished. One of the wall air conditioner units leaked a little at one point and one of the managers showed up promptly to check it when I texted him. This is a perfect quiet , pleasant place to stay in Charlotte. It is within easy walking distance to Ed's Tavern and other local favorites. I will stay here again!

Exceptional customer service

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have been a property owner myself and this place was by far the most thoughtful, welcoming place I have been. The location was great, accommodations were exactly as described, but what stood out most was the extra effort and thought in welcoming us. The communication leading up to our stay was superb and very detailed. When I arrived, I had the local paper, a welcome assortment of food items and both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages at my disposal. It truly was outstanding. I would love to stay in any of the properties that they operate!

Adorable

I immediately walked in and thought I could live there. The space is very well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quaint, convenient and quiet. Its so walkable - we even walked to the B of A stadium to a game. I also appreciated how organized the owners and property manager were. The whole experience was very easy and they were quite welcoming and informative via email. Highly recommend.
