Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Important Notes for Your Stay:
• Heated Pool Option- Enjoy a warm swim! Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening.
• No Garage Parking- Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required- To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required.
• A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee- Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Lake Levels May Vary- Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.

Amazing House

We have stayed in a lot of lake houses and this was definitely a favorite! This house had everything you could think of and even things you wouldn’t expect! There were plenty of rooms and beds for our group of nine. Still not sure why it only lists 3 bedrooms. Everyone loved the games in the game room. They entertained all ages. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. It was like preparing meals at home. We caught nice fish including a huge catfish! The internet was strong enough for streaming shows, two PS5’s and three gaming computers (we brought a lot of gamers 😊). It was nice being able to communicate via text, even though we never needed anything. The agency checked in often. There really wasn’t much more we could have asked for.

One of the best VRBO's to live up to the description and photos that we've ever experienced. First class all the way. The place was spotless, comfy, and well done. The only note I'd make is, the water heater was turned down to 90F. Pretty simple fix since it's an instantaneous water heater located in the garage. We'll be back!

Great Lake Getaway

We rented this property to stay for our wedding weekend. We had the whole bridal party stay with us 14 in total and it was great. The space didn't feel cramped, there were plenty of different spaces for us to utilize and split up. Everyone was able to have a bed to sleep on, and the location is great. Quick trip to town if we needed any supplies, but enough amenities/views that we didn't want to leave. We had a great time and if the opportunity arises we will definitely be back!

Incredible Lake House

This property was top notch and the views were awesome!! You couldn’t ask for a better experience, and communication with owner was quick and timely!!! If you are looking for a house on Lake Norman then this is it!!!

Wonderful Christmas holiday

Had a great Xmas at this property—the owner even put up a tree! House was very comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed—even firewood for the fire pit and ingredients for s’mores! It was too cold for kayaking but they were available, with life jackets as well. We’d love to return when it’s warm enough to get out on the lake, but we did enjoy the view from the house as we curled up with cozy throw blankets and hot cocoa!

Beautiful new home, easy access to cove at Lake Norman. Very clean and welcoming. Host was great!!

This home is gorgeous and had everything we needed to celebrate our family Christmas gathering. Plenty of space for 14 people. The host was over and above preparing for our visit and staying in touch. We loved everything about the house!! Hope to visit again next Christmas!!!

Christmas in October

Usually you don’t get the icing before the cake but this place was icing on a wonderful wonderful weekend with family. Made our 1st Christmas in October unforgettable. The pictures show exactly what you get, simply beautiful. The view was fantastic and the big windows made it easy to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets with the lake an added bonus. The house was very clean, and extremely nice. Sharon thought of EVERYTHING, from batteries and tape to chocolate and supplies/ingredients for s’mores to games, books and even supplies for painting. I would most certainly recommend renting this place. My family and I had an unforgettable time..we will definitely rent again.

Lots of space

We had lots of space. Enjoyed eating around the large table. The openness from the kitchen into the great room was perfect for watching football and having snacks. Great fire pit area. Enjoyed our time there.

Amazing reunion weekend

I booked Sharon's house for a college reunion weekend with my closest friends. Everything from the way the property was stocked and every detail thought of, to the communication with the host and location on Lake Norman was first rate! I highly recommend this listing for families, friends--any group weekend retreat. The house is spacious, comfortable; the kitchen and grill were fantastic for cooking, and the dock was awesome for accessing the water. I would book this home again for another trip.

Wonderful property!

This was our first time in Lake Norman and we had a fabulous time! The property was extremely clean and well stocked. They had more than everything we needed. The bedroom layout was very nice since the kids were able to share in the large bunk room and had lots of space to spread out. The adults each had own room and only one bedroom had to share their bathroom with the kids. The first floor main bedroom is so spacious with an enormous bathroom. Large dining table where everyone could eat together. Screened in porch where we would sit in evenings was perfect. Although we used the fire pit area once, I can’t say we ran into many bugs so that was nice. The kids loved the basketball net outside in driveway which the owner supplied some balls but we brought some of our own too. The only thing our family had a hard time with was the lake access. There is no zero clearance/beach area which made it a little hard to swim with the littles. But the big kids loved jumping in from the boat deck area. There is also a swim mat at the house and that helped. We rented a boat from a close boat rental place and had no problems. If we didn’t have that we might have gotten a little bored. One day we went to an indoor gym close by and it was great. We went out to eat at Toucans and had a great meal. Highly recommend the grouper sandwich and fish tacos. We would highly recommend this property and owner. She was very quick to reply and easy to work with. We would easily rent this property again.
