The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, with a wall of windows showcasing stunning views of the lake, pool, and backyard. The living room offers a large, comfortable sectional, perfect for watching games on the mounted TV. Swivel chairs and a leather armchair provide additional seating options. Adjacent to the living room is a convenient office space for guests needing to work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing group meals, with a large island featuring a farmhouse sink and seating for four. Your rented boat can easily dock at the new double-decker dock, and jet ski docks are also available for use. The large, fenced backyard is perfect for cornhole and Connect Four.

Spices/Oils, Etc.: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes, they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- Fireplaces are not currently available for guest use.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day, per pool, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat requires a 2-day minimum. Pool heat is available from October 1 – May 30.
- Please note that events and parties are not allowed.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
