Lakefront Apartment with Beautiful Lake Norman Views

This spacious apartment has a full kitchen, hardwood floors, and new furnishings. The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with its own private entrance. The apartment is situated on a corner lot with amazing views of Lake Norman. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake. Soak in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake.

Bring the family to this relaxing and fun get-a-way from nearby Charlotte. Enjoy full access to a paddle board, 2 kayaks, and canoe which can be launched from a covered, private dock. Swim in the quite cove without the fear of heavy boat traffic.

The apartment comes fully stocked with plates, bowls, and utensils. A large refrigerator and oven will accommodate any size family. A Keurig is also provided for your morning cup of coffee.

Enjoy a relaxing lunch while overlooking the lake on the kitchen table or catch a movie in the family room with a 55'' Samsung HDTV enabled with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video. The master bedroom features a large king size bed with a flat screen TV and sitting chair. The master bathroom includes a sink and tile shower. The washer and dryer is easily accessible in the large walk-in laundry room/ closet.
Located on the property is a private1 bedroom suite 1447818 sleeps 2. It can be booked for guests who want to share time with family or friends
The separate building shown in some of the pictures is a boathouse which houses floats and is not the apartment.
An additional bed is available for those requiring accommodations for extra guests. There are 2 friendly Golden Retrievers on the property.

The lake views were beautiful! The apartment was very nice and had lake views from every room. Good places to sit and enjoy the view around the home including patio and fire pit area. We enjoyed meals at restaurants within driving distance. We hope to go back in the summer!

Best Getaway Ever!

This property is just as described, it has amazing views of the Lake from every angle. It was very clean, well stocked and very cozy. Dawn and Steve were great host, very attentive and the communication was great. They ensured we were comfortable and they were available for any questions we had. The dogs were like family, we enjoyed them. Don't hesitate to book this property. We are alreadylooking for possible dates to return. We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the Memorial day Holiday. We will be back soon !!

We love this place

Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again!

OUTSTAND!!!

I cannot say enough as to the fabulous 3 days I had with one of my very best friends. It was a girls getaway. The beauty of the property and lakefront gorgeous and was just what we needed. The accommodations were excellent, and we so enjoyed the hosts Steve and Dawn, who made themselves available if we needed anything. They are without a doubt super hosts!! we enjoyed the firepit, the hot tub and especially their adorable 3 dogs. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Steve and Dawn!!!
