A beautiful, quiet and cozy lakefront cottage with over 300 feet of shoreline to enjoy. The abundance of trees allows you to unwind while swinging in the hammock or relaxing on the spacious deck however, those who prefer the sun can soak up the rays on your private dock. We have been blessed to have made so many wonderful memories with our family and friends over the years and hope that you will also make fond memories during your vacation on Lake Norman.

The master bedroom has a King bed with sliding glass doors onto a spacious deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk with a full, on the bottom and a twin on top. A Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks separates the two bedrooms. Ceiling fans in each bedroom along with Roku, cable TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new upgrades to accommodate your needs.

The Family room has a fantastic view of the lake with cathedral ceilings, 3 ceiling fans with lights, a 50-inch Roku cable TV, stereo, DVD player, and internet. Also has a delightful dining area.

The 2nd full bathroom is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

The 1100 square foot pier has a covered boat house, sundeck, 12-foot platform, power outlets, lights and a 50-inch Roku cable TV for your lakeside viewing entertainment. Plenty of parking for additional boats and a boat launch (1/4 mile) within walking distance.

The circle drive has additional space for several cars and boat trailers.

The one-acre yard which is located on the point, is beautifully landscaped and offers a wooden kids swing set and hammock. In addition to these amenities, we offer up to 3 kayaks upon request.

Side note:

We do NOT charge a cleaning fee BUT we do ask our guess to leave the cottage as you found it. (Referring to cleanliness) Wipe down Bathrooms, Clean kitchen, etc. We do ask you to wash your dirty towels but just strip the sheets and place them by the washer. If you wish NOT to leave the cottage as you found it upon arrival, a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be added. Please let us know what you decide when booking.

FYI; Even though most of our guest straighten up before they leave. We do go in and do a complete sanitation of the cottage before our next visitors arrive.

The place was very clean and set up very nicely. The furniture is very comfortable. The views of the lake are beautiful. We visited in the winter, and the weather during our stay was quite cool, so we couldn’t enjoy swimming or kayaking, but in the summer that would be a real plus. I highly recommend this place. If we visit again in the future, I would check to see if it’s available.

The cottage has everything you could possibly need. It is comfortable and the view of the lake is outstanding. We loved fishing off the dock and making s'mores by the fire pit. Plenty of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. We will be back!

We enjoyed our short stay immensely. We were able to relax in comfort and enjoy perfect fall weather. Communication with the owner was easy and promptly answered via email. I liked the option to clean myself or pay for cleaning. The house is well stocked - kitchen ,laundry, bathrooms and outdoor equipment. I highly recommend.

Perfection

Our family enjoyed the lakeview from every room in the house. We loved the dock and access to the kayaks. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck that we utilized every morning, while drinking our coffee. The entire area was shaded with beautiful trees that also provides privacy and the yard was perfect for night fishing and relaxing in the hammock. Access to the home could not have been easier and communication with the hosts was extremely open and easy. The home was comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy our very first trip to Lake Norman. The location is perfect because it offers seclusion, while being close to a variety of restaurants and stores.We are already talking about going back next year and renting this same property!

Our home away from home

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. We only get a vacation every few years and this is the only place we’ve come back multiple times. It is perfect for us. Our kids first started coming here when they were younger and now they are both adults and it’s still their favorite place.

Wonderful Place and Host!

Great waterfront location close to outstanding restaurants with a very close boat ramp. The cottage was so pretty, well-kept, peaceful, and comfortable. And what a view! Even more, we cannot say enough about how the host went out of his way to help us when we needed assistance.

Best ever relaxing long weekend!

Beautiful view of the River. Very chill atmosphere. Lots to do. I loved the swing by the water. Also very high tech with a TV and stereo on the dock. We plan to return as soon as we can!
