Private vacation rental 3 bedrooms/ 2,5 bathrooms new 2 story house built in 2021 is in a friendly neighborhood.
Good South of Charlotte location! Close to Highway 74, shopping plazas, as well as food stands, businesses, and park areas.

Everything is made for your comfortable stay from new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, dine-in kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and new bathtubs, vanities with granite tops in spacious bathrooms. The house has a fenced in backyard for privacy and expanded driveway for easier parking.
There is a video camera on the window facing out towards the driveway.
Perfect setup for short or long stay, family vacation, business, or temporary relocation.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Visiting for Wingate graduation
The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and neat. It is located only 10 minutes away from Wingate and is near restaurants and shopping centers.

The house was great. Great layout for 2 couples with plenty of room. At first thought surrounding area was shady, but had no problems, no noise, all ended up fine. Will definitely return again owners are great.

Home away from home
We stayed over the Christmas holiday to be close to my son and grandson. The house was even better than depicted in the pictures. Plenty of space to enjoy. Cleanliness is my number one when selecting a VRBO, and this exceeded by expectations. The house was spotless upon our arrival and is no doubt extremely well maintained. We travel to Monroe 5-6 times a year and hope it is available for our future trips as it will be our number one choice!

We enjoyed our stay in Monroe. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The house was perfect for a family of 6. We had plenty of room to spread out. The coffee bar and welcoming food items were a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Short stay in Monroe
The property was very clean, welcoming and accommodating. The home had ample space for everyone. This was an excellent choice, as we were very close to ample shopping plazas and restaurants. A couple of suggestions, the owner should include a full size ironing board, as we were there for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes upon arrival. I would also suggest a makeup mirror and a 3rd television. Overall 5 stars!

Perfect for our family!
Everything about our stay was excellent! This house was the perfect base for multiple family members to gather for my son’s graduation at Wingate. Convenient location and spotlessly clean house! The owner has thought of everything! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and large living room to hang out in together. The backyard patio was a nice spot to gather as well. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for making our visit a memorable one!

Great Family Accommodation
The house easily accommodated our group. It was well equipped and included everything we could possibly need while in town for a wedding. It was nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen well supplied. The owner provided many welcoming touches and has thought of everything . . . you could move in with just a suitcase!
