At 5,780 sq. feet with a heated pool , this one of a kind Charlotte, NC beauty has everything you could possibly want in a waterfront home. Boat dock, Pool heater is active in May and April allowing guests to enjoy pool in early spring We have 350 feet of unobstructed waterfront on 3 acres beautifully landscaped lot.

We have a private pool, hot tub, large boat dock and a two car garage. There are two large concrete decks (2000 sq feet) of which overlook the lake with beautiful views. Enjoying the morning with a cup of coffee watching the ducks, geese and other local wildlife. There is nothing like watching the Cranes and Herons fly in to feed off of the pier and dock. Our home includes a private concrete walk to the lake leading to a private pier and floating dock. All on this serene deep water cove. We have a paddle boat available for exploring the beautiful sights and wildlife. Feel free to bring your own boat or rent one from the many rental agencies in our area. Keep your boat tied to our floating dock and take a 15 minute ride to Papa Docs for Lunch, Dinner or drinks on their great outdoor dock. Enjoy the lakefront fire pit with comfortable seating. Bask in the sunshine on our comfy lounge chairs by the pool, or let the water lull you in while relaxing on the floating dock by the water. Outdoor amenities include gas grills, umbrellas and outdoor games and yes, an outside hot tub...this truly is paradise by the water!


Conveniently located just minutes from Carowinds, Stowe Botanical Gardens, Downtown Belmont, The U.S. National Whitewater Rafting Center, The town of Lake Wylie, Carowinds, Charlotte City Center, Charlotte Douglas Airport, Gastonia, Upper York County and Fort Mill, shopping, dining and so much more.

This home features an incredible gourmet kitchen with space for the most discriminating chefs. Granite counter tops, stone back-splash, commercial grade pull out faucets, walk in pantry, large center island and Frigidaire Professional Series Stainless Steel Appliances. Dual Refrigerator/Freezer, Oven, Built in Large Capacity Microwave, and Quiet Dishwasher. These are just a few of it’s incredible features. All pots, pans, dishes and utensils are included for your convenience.

The home is beautifully and tastefully furnished in a unique modern yet rustic feel. With all the amenities of lake living. It features 7 bedrooms and a sitting room with a billard table. The billard table has a pull out sofa. There are 5 ½ baths with custom tile showers and vessel sinks. All furniture and furnishings are new, stylish and up to date. Every effort was made to provide every modern amenity to make this home as comfortable as possible for our guests. The basement area also has a room for 8 people.

Fully furnished spacious contemporary 7 bedroom house + two pull out couches providing accommodation for a maximum of 22 people. Available for short term or long term for both corporate and vacation rentals. Daily, weekly, or monthly rates available. The pricing includes renting the entire house.

This luxury waterfront house has a large master suite AND TWO OTHER MASTER SUITES with private baths additional spacious guest bedrooms with all the amenities one could desire including a large outdoor pool with waterfall and a hot tub all located on 3 acres of land.

With a two huge outdoor patios and an expanse lawn, this property is ideal for vacationing families, groups of friends, wedding receptions, parties, or retreats. This luxury lake house also includes all the amenities you could ask for including two large lounges with multiple big screen TV's and a full sized pool table.

For events or weddings, an event fee is charged with a 4 night minimum stay for 10 to 20 people is mandatory, see prices above. Property can accommodate maximum of 80 attendees. Owners will be present to assist with the event. Event fee is $1,000 for up to 50 people, $1,500 for up to 80 people. Other services available for event (food, chairs, tent rentals, etc). Lake Wyly Rental

Our stay at Robert's property was excellent. Robert was very responsive to any issues that came up at the property and we so enjoyed the very large home and all its accommodations. We also enjoyed the heated pool even while the Spring temps were not that warm. Thank you for everything.

Big Lake Wylie House!

This is a great property with plenty of parking on each side of the house for all our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and there is a good stock of towels and beach towels to use. The dock access was great and fun for tubing, kayaks, paddle boat and paddle board (although there were supposed to be two, and the one there is missing a fin). The only issue we had was having to re-allocate rooms based on the steep spiral staircase to get to the basement apartment rooms, as they were not accessible for our older family to navigate. The house was very clean and check out was easy!

Family vacation

The house was a perfect scenario for toddler through grandparents. The basement had a gaming area And pool table which help entertain. The house had a crib which helped. The house did have steps that went to a pool as well as to the hot tub. The setting was perfect to see the sunset on the lake. Everybody had an awesome time. The owners communicated very well leading up to the visit to include during the visit as well as we were leaving. Great communication.

Lots of room & amenities

The house is huge and had plenty of space for our families with parents, & college age kids. . The pool was nice and had plenty of chairs. The owner was very responsive for the couple of minor things that came up (lightbulbs, etc). Lots to do with the game room, hot tub, lake, pool, cornhole, etc.

Great for Large Groups

This house was just as described and it was great for large groups. Everyone was together and able to have their own privacy in their rooms if needed. The younger crowd enjoyed being downstairs in the basement area and the game room. The older crowded enjoyed sitting in the chairs while looking out at the lake. Would book again.

House floods downstairs - Owner lies about refund

Our family of 18 stayed the last week of July. Our first day, we met our hosts who seemed genuinely nice. We mentioned that earlier in the day, after a short rain, the downstairs had water coming in at the baseboards. Mr. Kirby said he knew there was a problem and told us he was having someone to come out that week to “take care of it.” That same night there was a severe thunderstorm and water came in steadily for an hour throughout the entire downstairs. Everything had to be picked up and towels put down to mop up all the water. The next morning, we spoke with VRBO about leaving and they offered to move us. Moving meant 18 people repacking all their belongings as well as $800 in groceries we had just bought. After talking with the owner about our concerns of MOLD (from previous water damage) and the possibility of another thunderstorm, we agreed that we would move everyone upstairs and in return he would refund us the equivalent of 2 nights. Mr. Kirby told us he had insurance he would file a claim and not to worry “I have the money”. We have NEVER received a REFUND or a response after I called, texted and emailed them letting them know we would accept less than the agreed amount. Drypro and the owner did come by during the week and put a 3rd dehumidifier downstairs. I guess they are ok with the house taking on water as long as you empty dehumidifiers and mop. You should note there are no pics of the downstairs bathroom and I recommend you ask why.

Best Stay Ever!

Wow! The pictures don't do justice to this gorgeous home. We couldn't have chosen a better property to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. It is close to shops, restaurants, and the interstate. Breathtaking views of the lake could be enjoyed as we dined in the extra large dining area. One major plus is that most of the bedrooms were on the main level, so my father, mother, and mother's siblings did not have to climb stairs. Many of the guests enjoyed the pool, while others fished in the lake. My sisters and nieces relaxed in the hot tub and played cornhole which the wonderful host provided. The host was extremely kind and ensured that we had the best stay ever! He checked on us and even invited the 18 of us to a tailgate! Most of all, this was the perfect property for my sisters and me to give my mother the most awesome 80th birthday surprise she could ever imagine! I strongly recommend this beautiful property to anyone who desires lots of amazing views, spacious rooms, enjoyable outdoor activities and substantial outdoor entertaining space. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay

I was tempted to give this listing a 4-star review because there were a bunch of little things wrong with the house. One of the bathroom door handles didn't lock. One of the toilet chains broke so it wouldn't flush. Some of the chairs were missing their "feet" on the bottom, so they wobbled. However, the homeowner gave us his cell number for texting, and he was always quick to respond and fix the things he could. And in the grand scheme of things, this little annoyances would only bring my satisfaction rating down to 95% instead of 100%. We enjoyed everything else about the property. The game room was great. The couches were comfortable. Even with 20 people, we had plenty of room in the 3 refrigerators, and everyone had a bed or comfortable couch to sleep on. There were lots of things to do around Charlotte, and we rented a pontoon boat from a local marina that dropped it off and picked it up from the dock attached to the house. All in all, it couldn't get that much better.

Family vacay

Our family is spread out over 3 states, so we don’t get to see each other regularly. Our summer vacay is the opportunity for us all to be under the same roof. And what a roof this property has! This home is huge with so much space to spread out and so many fun amenities for all ages. My one regret was I personally, didn’t get to kayak, but that’s because I was in the pool with the grand kids. Several others did tho and enjoyed it. The owners are awesome, very helpful and very responsive to any questions that came up. Our time there went by way too fast!

Great vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home. The photos do not do it justice, the long ranch-style of the home provides great privacy while allowing the entire family to remain in close proximity of each other. The owners are very friendly and responsive, and have made the home very comfortable. Every member of our group was in agreement that this was, by far, our favorite place we have stayed. The pool and table/chairs surrounding it were very relaxing, and made for a great 5-day stay. We loved it.

Wedding stay

Great space, unbeatable view. Came to town for a wedding with my kids, grandkids and extra family members. The house just keeps going with space. Plenty of room for the pack n plays to set up and not be disturbed. Plenty of bedrooms. Very large kitchen and family room to hang out in. Mostly rained, so we didn’t enjoy amenities. I would recommend.

Good, could be great!

Convenient location to activities we wanted, swimming pool is a nice amenity, plenty of bedrooms and baths and towels for our group, rec room with pool table and foos ball table, large kitchen with wonderful view of the pool deck and lake, nice grill with propane tanks provided. Downsides - mostly delayed maintenance - only one cutting board and cutting knives very dull (tough when cooking for 14), broken drawer in fridge and kitchen cabinet made them inconvenient to use, not enough bath towel rods or hooks in the bathrooms (command hooks on the bathroom doors would help), some mattresses are broken down which made for uncomfortable sleeping, fire pit rusted through so didn’t try to use that.

Above and Beyond

We were a large group coming in from 5 states for a family reunion. This property is everything they say and one of the best we have ever rented! It's a fantastic location where we could bring our own boat up the lake to dock and it's full of wonderful amenities and extras. The lake, pool, paddle boards and kayak were enjoyed every day. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. There was so much room to spread out and lots to do for our ages of 7-70. The owner is very accommodating, and communication is great. We were grateful to be able stop back by and retrieve an item left behind. This is a great vacation home, and we will be back next year!

we had a party of 13 adults (ages 24-32) stay at this location over a weekend. overall, we were impressed with the size of the space and the aesthetics. the master bed/bath is gorgeous, and the other bedrooms & bathrooms were well decorated; we absolutely felt like we were on a vacation. we were caught off guard a few times - we weren't aware the house was on a septic system or that the pool was closed until after we had paid in full. the first morning of our stay, some people showed up to the property and started working on the pool, without introducing themselves and we were not aware that work was being done during our stay. we confirmed that they were supposed to be there with the host, who responded quickly, but it took us by surprise. the host did communicate with us, however the tone of their messages/emails was less than professional, with generally incomplete sentences and some vague information. ultimately the property was beautiful, spacious, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay, there were just some things that were unexpected - and for the price, i had hoped for better.
