Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale "home away from home" experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $1000 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions.

★ EXTENDED STAYS: For stays longer than 10 nights, full housekeeping service is required once per week. Guests may choose to perform this cleaning themselves, ensuring all areas of the property are properly maintained, or they may hire the host’s professional cleaning team for an additional fee. Failure to comply with the weekly housekeeping requirement may result in additional cleaning charges or penalties.

For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. Two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio and will be ON during every reservation.

Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.

- No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.

A Cozy and Comfy Stay

This property has the most amazingly comfortable couch we have ever used. The couch was comfortable and most beds were comfortable as well. The layout worked perfectly for us with a private lower level for my husband, our dog and me. It was easy to get our doggy to the backyard. This left the upstairs bedrooms for my cousin, her husband and her daughter. It was just perfect. The heating and cooling is a little different but if you follow their instructions to keep it at 65 for heat you will not get overheated at night. We loved how the kitchen and dining areas were set up. This is the first rental that had plenty of silverware for a group. We want to thank Teri for all her help and how quickly she handled it. There are minor little things that could be done, but all in all we enjoyed this place so much. My cousin said the master bathroom is a little small. I never saw it. The shared bathroom upstairs is lovely. We had a wonderful stay. Our doggy loved the fenced in backyard as well. living area for my husband
