A fully equipped kitchen, Multiple grocery stores within 2 miles. Comfortable beds, flat screen TV’s in every bedroom, wireless internet, and plenty of space makes you feel right at home. Close to parks, nature trails, sporting events, CLT Speedway, shopping, boating, golf, family activities, shopping & dining.

Community Pool - All residents & guests must obey MAX capacity guidance & practice social distancing. Sanitation Station available for sanitizing used pool surfaces after use. Please do not use the pool area if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Beautiful spacious condo

The condo was beautiful, had comfortable beds and furniture, and the kitchen was well outfitted. It was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful lake and patio. We would certainly stay again!

Lovely

Stayed here for a cousin reunion. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay and we especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen.We loved the view from the outdoor dining area, the pickleball court, the pool and the short walk to the next door restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice Condo on the Lake

The condo had nice new finishes. Location was great. Since this is a wood framed condo, you could hear the tenant above this condo moving around at all hours of the day and night.

Fabulous place!

The condo is exactly as it appears. Very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and nice thick towels. Patio was very relaxing with a ceiling fan, very comfortable. Owner was very responsive and check in was very easy.

Visiting Family in Charlotte

Went very well! Rained, so was great to have the covered porch so we could still enjoy the view of the lake. Were there in late September, still warm enough to swim and even on weekend we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Condo is spacious.

Golf and Savannah Bananas

The condo and property was beautiful and extremely clean. Having body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as dish soap and hand soap readily available as well was convenient. Plenty of towels for the pool and for showers. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming at the pool. And the neighbors we encountered were super friendly. Location is fantastic halfway between Mooresville and Charlotte where we needed to go while we were staying here. Host was very informative and responsive when we had a couple questions. Would most definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Host & Beautiful Place to Stay

We traveled a very long way to North Carolina to spend quality time with our granddaughter. Katie was a gracious host and was super responsive to all of our questions. The condo was well equipped and a great home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all of the wonderful amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, the unit was clean and we had all of the pots and pans needed to make plenty of home cooked meals. We cannot thank Katie enough for making our stay a happy and memorable one!

Nice property. Ice maker did not work. Looked like some ceiling wall work being done in Master Bedroom - not an issue fit stay.

Beautifully appointed and wonderfully situated.

We got in very late after our plane blew a tire (imagine that) and we had to wait on replacing it. When we finally arrived at the condo we were hungry and exhausted but when we opened the door to our rental we were revived just by how lovely it is. Then, we were thrilled that an excellent restaurant was walking distance. How great is that? Our stay was short (3 days) but the condo was perfect in all ways. I can't give it more than 5 stars but it deserved more. Katie was easy to work with and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. It was a great 3 days and we will stay here every time we come back to Cornelius.

Katie was available for any concerns. The condo was clean and convenient. It was even stocked with sufficient toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine, which saved time. Would go back.

Lovely relaxing visit

Great Location

Great location both for Lake Norman access, food, shopping, parks and just fun. The property has been extremely well renovated and a real joy to stay. Ground level access was good to both head to the lake or the pool!!

Holiday Destination

We stay at this complex annually. Our first experience with this particular unit. Very well appointed and updated unit. Great location - lower level - beside restaurant. Manager Katie very attentive.
