You`ll have the entire home and outdoor space all to yourselves — pool table, game room, fire pit, mini putting green, grill, and backyard included. No shared spaces, no surprises.
Check-in is fully self-service with a smart lock keypad code (sent to you the morning of your stay), so you can arrive on your own schedule between 4–9 PM.
While I keep things hands-off so you can fully unwind, I`ll check in shortly after arrival to make sure everything`s just right — and I`m always a quick message away if anything comes up during your stay.

I believe great stays come from great communication — without being intrusive.
After booking, you`ll get a friendly welcome message with everything you need to know. The day before check-in, I`ll send your door code and arrival details. Once you`re settled in, I`ll follow up to make sure everything`s perfect.
From there, I give you space to relax — but I`m always just a message away through the Airbnb app. Whether it`s a question about the pool table, a restaurant recommendation, or a small hiccup that needs fixing, I respond quickly (usually within an hour).
My goal: make your stay so smooth you forget I`m even there. 🙌

***We have young children living next door so our policies regarding parties, events and issues with noise levels will be STRICTLY enforced***

There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes.

These are the local ordinances from the city, not our rules.

We allow a maximum of 8 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 8 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests.

The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the Airbnb messaging App
