    1) I will be respectful of the people that live in the building by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.

    2) I will e-mail a copy of my photo ID to the host prior to arrival, per building rules.

    3) I do not have a violent criminal background and understand that I may not stay here if found to have a criminal background. NOTE: If you book this place and are found to have a criminal history, you will not receive keys and will not be refunded for your stay.

    4) I agree to carefully review the check-in and check-out instructions prior to arrival, and display the appropriate parking pass to avoid being towed.

    5) I will check in after 3 PM unless arrangements have been made in writing in advance, and early check in fees paid.

    6) I will check out no later than 11 AM unless arrangements have been made in writing in advance, and late check out fees paid.

    I agree that if any of these rules are broken I will pay up to the full security deposit for my stay.

Great Spot!

Stayed here for a Panthers game and it was perfect! Very clean, safe area and only a 15-minute walk to the stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean , spacious , well stocked with all needed for our quick trip . Building has nice amenities pool was great , nice game area in lobby with pool table . We will definitely return as it is great location for us .

Great apartment, great location for what I was there to do. Everything within walking distance. Easy access, right off the freeway. Will use it again if the occasion arises to do so.

Greet location to my office

The place was really nice and clean.. water didn’t get too hot, but it wasn’t a big issue worth reaching out, I was there a short time only. It was also a bit confusing finding the rt entry door … I needed up doing a lot of walking everytime I came back in. the buikding is huge .. but overall it was quiet, really nice and clean!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The parking was easy but late at night very packed. The internet was good but no desk. Set up my laptop and screen on kitchen counter.

Not the Best…

So if you want to go on a scavenger hunt just to get the keys and parking pass, this is the place for you. If you also enjoy a mattress that reminds you of sleeping on a wooden floor, you will also enjoy this place. Furniture was overly used, owner should consider upgrading the sofa, bed, and bedding. I ended up checking into a hotel after staying in the apartment for just one night, if that tells you anything.

Getaway for a change of scenery

Disappointing, because the property owner scheduled an appliance repair during our stay, which we did not get prior notification about. The repair guy disturbed our privacy. We where without a working dryer our entire stay. Property only had 2 bath towels, no wash clothes and the cleaning staff could have done a better job.

Nice place for a great price!

Very nice apartment - beautiful pool and gym. Walking distance to catch a Panthers’ game. Property manager is very helpful and check-in/out was easy. Clean, safe and in a great location.

Great location, price and service. We had a great trip

The apartment was easy to check into with a lockbox. We loved that we didn't need a car to get around since it's right uptown. The apartment was sparkling clean and had a cool accent wall in the bedroom, and even had a sound maker if you like sound when you sleep! Highly recommended.
