Tastefully decorated to feel like a true home away from home, this condo is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of lake life. Whether you're lounging by the community pool, playing a game of tennis, or strolling down the boardwalk for dinner at the Lake House Wine Bar & Grill, Bay Breeze puts you in the heart of it all.

Inside, the open-concept design creates a welcoming space for gathering and making memories. The living room features a plush sectional, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors that lead out to a private balcony with incredible lake views—ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the group, with bar seating for two and a dining area that seats six.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access so you can wake up to calming views of the water. Two additional queen bedrooms share a beautifully updated hall bath, offering space and privacy for guests of all ages.

The balcony is a true highlight, with a comfortable sofa and chairs that overlook the lake—perfect for lazy afternoons or golden hour chats as the sun sets on the horizon.

🛥️ Bringing Your Own Boat?
While you're welcome to bring your own boat, please note: We cannot guarantee an open slip at the dock, Dock space may not accommodate all boat types
The pool is managed by the condo association and is available for your use, but please understand that we can't guarantee its condition or maintenance schedule.
📝 Signed Lease Agreement Required
All bookings require a signed rental agreement, valid photo ID, and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
💍 No Events or Weddings
To preserve the peaceful setting, weddings and large events are not permitted at the property.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
We welcome up to two dogs per stay. A $150 pet fee per dog applies—please let us know ahead of time if you're bringing your furry companions!
