The host was exceptional. Great communication throughout the whole process from securing the apartment until we departed!The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, clean, warm & had a ton of amenities for a comfortable stay. A home away from home!We would most definitely rent this property again & highly recommend it.

We were amazed by the quality of the property. Very spacious and beautiful. The check-in and check-out was just easy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Matthews and surroundings.

Family holiday event and house huting trip

Beautiful place, and clean. We hosted a holiday gathering for my son, his wife, and his mother in law one evening...the kitchen is exquisite. The place was well located in a nice distance to downtown matthews where my son lives. We loved our stay.

This was such a nice stay. The suite has everything you need to make it feel like home away from home. Clean, cozy and comfortable. I loved the shower. Although it is connected to the main home it still felt completely separate (which it is). I stayed a full week and only encountered anyone else on the property 2 out of 7 days with minimal noise. I would absolutely stay again.

Nice Place!

Nice Luxury feel to this one bedroom apartment. We were in town for a concert and it was close and convenient to downtown Charlotte.

Great place to stay

This is a terrific find as I often travel to Charlotte on business. Brand new and very nicely appointed, with the property manager/owner readily available for any need that arises, I will most definitely stay here again as business takes me to the area. Terrific place to stay

This property has everything and appears to be brand new. It is quite comfortable and well-appointed, and for me, on business, it is a terrific location. This was my second stay and I will be back. One note...although for me it is just fine, there are steep stairs as it is an upstairs unit, so if mobility is an issue you might take that into consideration. But to me, this is a 5-star property in every way.
