Walk to Bank of America Stadium for Panthers' games or to Spectrum Center for the Hornets. Perfect location for conventions as it is a short drive, light rail, or even walk to the Charlotte Convention Center. Great location, quiet and comfortable

We were in town for a conference at a nearby office building, this location was perfect and easily walkable to the conference as well as several brew pubs, restaurants and a liquor store. It is a nice walk up with private bedrooms. The master is huge. Had an issue with TV connectivity and owner was responsive to my messages. Kitchen could stand some more/better glassware, but we really like staying here especially for the price.

Highly Recommend

My family and I had a great visit together in Charlotte: a lot of it made possible by the great location of this property. It is literally within walking distance of the main part of the city of Charlotte as well as the historic district. It would be an AWESOME location for anyone going to a Panthers Game given its location only a couple of blocks from the stadium. We also felt VERY safe and parking was fantastic. Mattresses are very soft, which for us, did not serve of well. Kitchen and all supplies were readily available. Seating in the den/family room was not the best: only a sofa and one chair. No place to play card or board games. T.V.'s were great as well. Again, I would highly recommend this space to others.

The location and amenities were a perfect fit for our extended family who were in Charlotte for college graduation. We have different needs and interests. This property is perfectly suit in locale for daytime, nighttime and site seeing!

Great location and residence was nice just as pictured! Would have loved to had more towels available (I.e. hand towels, dish towels, full size towels) and also dish soap to clean dishes would have been a welcomed convenience. Several of the cabinet latches were broken. I took photos. The only thing I was disappointed with was not being able to work the TV. There were no instructions and the back of one of the remotes had no backing to hold the batteries in place. Would recommend this place to a friend for sure

Great location

This townhouse was in an excellent location - walkable to many of the Charlotte attractions, restaurants, etc. and a short drive (Uber or Lyft) to most others. The townhouse was a good size for four people and well furnished. The property has obviously been used frequently and needs some attention to minor issues, such as a loose shower door handle. However, the owner was very responsive and said he would address these issues. We would certainly return.

Great Condo !

Myself and two other business partners stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center. Condo is exactly as described, even a bit better. Very clean, spacious, comfortable even with three adults. Renting this rather than three hotel rooms saved our company substantial money, and is much nicer. Short Uber to the convention center. Host is very quick with any questions and even let us check in a little early which was much appreciated. Neighborhood appears safe, and a bunch of new units being built across to the street. Two full baths up and on half down worked fine for us. Only note is one flight up to main level, then one flight up to bedrooms, not a problem for us or any mobile person. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure travel to Charlotte.

Beautiful and discrete

Booking homes in Uptown always make me a little hesitant due to the fact that I hate croweded areas with a lot of traffic.... this was a perfect location. Loved the complimentary bar.
