The space
This luxury townhome is in a quiet neighborhood within a planned community. Near to all: 12 mins from CLT, 15 mins to Charlotte airport, 22 mins to Carowinds Amusement Park, 25 mins to Two Kings Mountain Casino, 15 mins to the outlets, 15 mins to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 5 mins to Belmont Abbey College and 10 mins to the United States White Water Center (water sports, zip-lining, and rock climbing). Ride Shares are approx $10 from the airport or car rentals are across the street from baggage claim.
Great family community with a playground, tennis court, and pool.

Our accommodations are as follows:

- We have one queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a pull-out couch in the third bedroom (full-sized couch), a pull-out couch in the living room (queen-sized mattress), and another pull-out couch in the basement level (queen-sized mattress).

- The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, and we have also purchased a brand new dishwasher for you to use.

- The are linens provided for all guests and if needed we will provide more per request.

- Parking: Room for 1 car on the front porch, 2 spaces in the VISITORS PARKING. Please adhere auto all street/CITY signs/restrictions.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule and if a listing gets shut down or neighbor complains you will be liable for it as well.
- No Smoking $300 Penalty fee
- Please make sure to read and agree to all House Rules.
- Early check-in / Late check-out requests cannot always be approved, but we try our best, and there may be an additional charge.
