"Facility and room were clean. Hallways and room had a. Odor but maybe due to someone’s bad cooking habits but did not leave for entire stay. Bed comfortable and nice bath. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte - Ballantyne by IHG
"This is my second stay at this hotel. Cleanliness is okay. Upon arrival there was a “terminex” sprayer plugged in a spraying something in front of the elevators. Never a good first impression. They have an incense dispenser on the check in desk spraying a strong scent through out the lobby. The elevators ..."
