Villas en Charlevoix

"I really appreciated the friendly and polite staff to start. We did not know prior that they were renovating so that would of been helpful to know. I feel the room was clean and looked newly renovated, but the whole lobby as well as where the ice machine and back door was, was a construction zone basically, which affected us because I had a dog with us. So I worried about him stepping on something. In addition, because they were renovating, they really didn't have a breakfast which is one reason...

"Cuando en una situación como la pandemic actual tienes un mensaje de obligatorio mascarilla y te encuentras todos los días clientes y trabajadores sin mascarilla o con ella mal puesta en el interior del hotel, falta de limpieza (en un hotel pet friendly deberían ser más exigentes), y el porta rollo de papel higiénico roto, etc. No, no inspira confianza. A pesar de que Charlevoix como pueblo nos gustó mucho nos fuimos anticipadamente. "

"We love the rooftop bar. The hotel has a very unique feeling to it. It’s also very walkable to restaurants and some shopping. The room was nice and roomy. Parking was very easy."

"Great walk to the downtown. Gorgeous houses along the way. Older B ans B with a few scratches. But the lady in charge was an A+."

"This is a classic old hotel that has such charm, great location and a wonderful staff. Room and beds were very nice. The only complaint (for lack of a better word), is a 2nd floor room is hard on older folks carrying luggage up and down steps . Lesson learned."
