Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This gorgeous, nautical themed condo boasts beautiful laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, alarm clock/radio, a dresser, a walk-in closet, and a stackable washer/dryer to feel more at home. The upstairs bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower and floor, there is a vanity offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, an electric fireplace, other entertainment! There is dining space that seats 3 at the built in kitchen island. The full sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and granite countertops. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a bathtub/shower, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with marbled countertop, and wood flooring. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed with a cozy cottage vibe, plenty of storage and a smart tv. The luggage racks and hamper in the closet complete the welcoming theme. In the downstairs coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board, 2 canvas chairs in bags and a couple board games. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony provides a stunning view of the Bridge! No need to worry about privacy, the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you bring your little one.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Wonderful location and staff

The location could not be more ideal. You’re within walking distance to anything you could want downtown. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. There’s a nice little living space and a great deck to enjoy the views of Charlevoix. The best part of the facility was the manager at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful!

Very nice rental condo. Decorated with impeccable taste. Literally 1 block from downtown and nice view of Round Lake from balcony. Staff was helpful and polite.

If your concerned about cleanliness, then this unit might not meet your standards. It's close to downtown and that's a plus. Bring a broom and spider killer if your going to enjoy the balcony.

Beautiful condo. Everything we needed, even coffee for the coffee maker. Nice knit blanket on the sofa for grandma. Maybe take out 1/2 of the nautical theme decorations so it feels larger or less cluttered. Beautiful kitchen where we cooked our breakfast. Close to town. Walk to the beach in summer. Parking was scant

Beautiful Charlevoix

This cute, little condo was a great location--it was an easy walk to downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan and you had a view of the waterway from the big lake to Lake Charlevoix. The condo was quite small if you want to spend time with more than 3 people. There is a stovetop but no oven. We wouldn't have been able to easily make a meal to share there. We also didn't feel that it was terribly clean. The pool was closed (the manager said "due to Covid"), but there was no mention of it beforehand. That being said, we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. Overall, it served our purposes, but it was one of the most expensive places we've stayed at and I'm not sure it was worth the price.

Great location

Since I know the area I knew the location would be great and it was. I had never been to this complex before but I have rented condos plenty of times. The check in was fine, the listing wasn’t clear how this is done, you also have a big key on a key chain to carry around. The luggage stand on wheels was terrible and Trisha helped me get it on and off the elevator. It was extremely hot in the hallways the entire time, at least 90°; also the temp outside. The condo itself was 81° but Trisha was very nice and helped fix it. It took all night for it to cool down and I ended up with a migraine. The listing said there was an additional roll of toilet paper under each sink but there was not, it said a handful of dishwasher tabs but there was only one, 5 extra bags but there was not. Thankfully I brought extras of things and we made due. The kitchen sink pressure is non existent which made washing pans interesting. The rooms were clean and I recommend a sweep of the balcony furniture as it was covered in cob webs. We did feel comfortable here, the decor is cute and being able to walk everywhere is always a plus.
