  • Welcome to Unit #341—your spacious waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway or extended stay. This large corner two-bedroom condo offers a unique layout with plenty of room for everyone. The main level features a comfortable king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom, while the second-level loft includes another king-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Additional guests can be accommodated with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

    The open-concept living space includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a mid-size refrigerator, four-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. With seating for up to seven guests, extra windows that fill the space with natural light, and the cozy ambiance of a fireplace, the living area is perfect for gathering and relaxing.

    Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy beautiful views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal setting to unwind.

    Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a convenient downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

    Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. The condo was perfect for our winter family getaway. Beautiful views, easy check in and check out. Very accommodating. Great location with walkable restaurants and shops even in the cold and snow! We will be back!

Winterish getaway.

Great location, awesome view of the harbor, close walk to restaurants and stores. We did the winter rafting trip on the Jordan river, highly recommend. Overall great place.
