The place was beautiful! One thing I will say is we got there after the office had closed and we were never informed on the check-in process for that even after notifying the front desk we would be later than 4pm. So it was very stressful at first and thankfully I found other guests who were able to get me the access code to the front and tell me that I would have an envelope at the desk for our room. I’m not sure what I would’ve done otherwise, it was very stressful. Other than that the view was beautiful and our room was exactly as pictured and very clean!

We’ve been staying at the Edgewater for over thirty years. We love Charlevoix. First time staying in this room. Nicely decorated. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Room was on the lower level and close to the door to parking lot. We will try to book this room again for next year. Very quiet.

Sounds like the hot tub does not work often. I called ahead to make sure things were in working condition due to this rental was a gift for someone and I was told yes everything was good! Well, when my family checked in they were told the hot tub was not working. They shouldn’t advertise a hot tub especially in the winter. Very disappointed!!
