Outside, your private porch is furnished with seating for three—an ideal spot to unwind with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private porch and two dedicated off-street parking spaces right outside the door. Easy and convenient!

Getting Around:
This walkable neighborhood puts everything at your doorstep—no car needed. However, if you drive, your two off-street parking spots are ready. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are plentiful, making it easy to explore the wider city whenever you want.

Everything was new and clean! The property could not be any better as far as location. Our daughter is going to CofC in the fall and we will be booking this again in the future for sure!!

Parking is easy and convenient. They graciously allowed for an early check in and left us some wine as a gift. Very nice. Easy getting around Charleston. Property is near King St. It is a bit of a walk to get downtown, Took us about 30 min. Very much liked the outdoor seating area, wish it was nicer out to take full advantage of it.Water takes awhile to heat up...it will, be patient.

The location of the rental was perfect. Every thing was spotless. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was great having our own parking spots. Owners could not have been more accommodating! Only downside was the construction going on two blocks away with a pile driver operating eight hours a day. Upstairs renters were very loud but fortunately for only one night. I would still recommend this rental, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Great stay! Fantastic location with 2 off street parking spaces is unheard of in Charleston. Clean, comfortable and cozy as described. Communication was immediate and check in was super easy. Will definitely look to book again when we're back in town!

Our stay here was great. Host was very communicative. The location was walkable to pretty much everywhere downtown and was a safe area. We would definitely book this apartment again! The included parking spot was a HUGE plus. We didnt move our car the entire time we were there.

My husband and I stayed here with our toddler and it was perfect. It was small, which worked for us, but I wouldn’t stay here with more than a couple and a young child. Everything was within a 30 minute walk, so the location was ideal for us. Two off-street parking spots were available right in front of the unit, though we didn’t need them. The hosts were incredibly responsive. The toilet clogged our first morning and they answered my message right away. It was fixed before we got back from sight seeing that afternoon.

Great place. Walking distance from everything! About a mile from Charleston market and all the amenities around there! Bed was comfy, plenty of room for 2 people, kitchen had everything you would need. Easy and quick responses from the management team. We absolutely LOVED this place and our trip. Highly recommend!

First time VRBO user
The stay was great! The place was warm and welcoming as soon as we got there. Initially, someone was parked in our spot and the shower wouldn’t get warm, but I communicated with the property manager over text and both issues were quickly resolved with quick communication on their part. Loved being right off of King Street and having the cute little porch to chill out on in the mornings with coffee and a good book. The unit is on the lower level and so we could hear the people above, but it wasn’t really an issue for us, but it may be for light sleepers.

Weekend in Charelston
Communication with property company was excellent! Bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the noise machine in the bedroom. Stocked kitchen although we didn’t use too much of it. Nice that they provided coffee pods for us and also a bottle of wine. We appreciated that.

Cute condo in prime location!
This condo was exactly what we needed for a weekend girls trip. The space was quaint and had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and they even greeted us with a bottle of wine - how sweet! Location was walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Only con was that it was pretty loud at night due to street traffic and people walking by but they equipped the room with a noise machine which was helpful. I’d definitely recommend!

Perfect for what we needed!

Great Location and Easy
Owners were easy to communicate and work with. Great Location. I drove a GMC Sierra Truck...tight parking, but I was ok in my Truck. The Unit is close quarters...but, worked fine for our group of 2.
