Esta casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en el codiciado vecindario de Turtle Bay. La casa recientemente renovada y amueblada fue ocupada por el propietario hasta mayo de 2019 y nueva en el mercado de alquiler. ¡Esta casa adosada está idealmente situada en la comunidad con una vista incomparable del río Folly! La piscina está convenientemente ubicada al lado de esta unidad con una entrada de acceso más privada a la piscina. Caminando rápidamente a la playa y al centro de Folly, ¡disfrutarás de lo mejor de todos los mundos! El estacionamiento se adapta cómodamente a 2 autos. El nivel principal de la casa alberga un concepto abierto de cocina, comedor y sala de estar, así como un porche con mosquitero. 10 out of 10, would stay again!

Very comfortable and clean condo with easy access to everything Folly. The sunsets were gorgeous off the deck and dock. Every member of my family commented that they wanted to come back. We had a small issue with the door lock and called for assistance after hours. The property manager responded promptly and had a maintenance person come change out the lock that night. You can't ask for better response. They checked on us mid week to make sure everything was going well. Great property and service.

Nice view, but parking is not good

The house was nice, clean and accommodating. It had an excellent view and the beds were very comfortable! However, the parking was a major problem. The garage and carport were very tight and impossible for 3 cars to fit without the last one sticking way out, and you couldn’t get out of the car on both sides because it was so narrow. The apartment was on the corner which made it even more difficult to get in and out of the garage. None of this was mentioned in the description. When we arrived we couldn’t get the garage door to open. We had to call and request help, but he didn’t know the code either. We finally got in the house and had to go downstairs and open the garage door manually to get our cars inside, but we couldn’t unload them from inside the garage because it was too narrow. It was extremely inconvenient! Other than the parking issue, the apartment was very quiet and nice, and close to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk most places without too much trouble.

Peaceful getaway

TURTLE BAY 16 - Stayed here with my S.O. & another couple for a Charleston wedding ... Folly is complete for a getaway, so we didn't have to travel to town a lot ... Our group was low 60 year old's, so the stairs (15 into condo, 17 upstairs - lol) kept us on our toes at times ... Condo was in good shape and fairly well equipped in all ways ... It was very nice to have a garage to park in away from weather and away from public eye ... Area is secluded and a short walk from the main drag for restaurants, etc. ... About a 15 minute walk to Pier, all through neighborhoods, so quiet. We definitely enjoyed the stay and would definitely look to stay here again if / when we visit again ... THANKS for the hospitality!

All Good But..

Everything was great, clean rooms and nice area. However, there were lots of gnats in the house and not enough extra cover. It turned cool while we were there and I'd rather sleep with an extra blanket than turn the heat up.

Girls Trip

We recently stayed here for a girls trip to Charleston. The condo was really nice. The rooms were big and comfortable and it was very clean. We did have an issue with the front door not locking and we communicated that issue but it didn’t get fixed during our stay. Other than that we loved everything about our stay!

Another trip to Folly

Our family has been vacationing in the Charleston, SC area for several years now with Folly Beach being one of our favorite places to stay. The property was perfect for the family vacation, located next to the pool and only a short walk to the beach.

Spring break fun

Loved this place. Gorgeous views of the river with access to the dock for fishing. Beds were comfy, living area was spacious and not cluttered. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. 2 balconies to view the sunsets with nice chairs outside. Bugs weren't bad when we were there but the screened in porch was great. Easy access to Folly shops & beach.

Great spring break getaway

Everything was smooth and the property was well represented in the pictures. The place is very well stocked in the kitchen. We'll go back and hopefully will get some nice sunset views next time. Our weather wasn't the greatest this trip.

Wonderful Charleston area stay

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay 16. Great location, beautiful views, easy walk to town/beach, Ubers available to and from Charleston. Very comfortable accommodations. My Ocean Rental was very easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location lovely condo

We loved the brightness of the rooms, the supplies in the kitchen, the puzzles/games and the closeness to town. Having two of the three rooms with king bed was a HUGE draw for us. My Ocean Rental staff was so helpful and responsive

Laid back on Folly Beach

We really enjoyed being steps away from the pool amd the dock. Even though we rented a golf cart cart it close enough to wslk to the center of town amd the beach. The place could have used a good cleaning from the steps up the entrance to base boards. Drapes were not hung properly and the storm door to the entrance needed a good oiling. But we really did enjoy the unit itself.

Wonderful Week in Folly

This property exceeded our expectations! The location is convenient to Center Street and we loved the water views from the decks. Sunsets were incredible! My son loved fishing from the pier and everyone enjoyed the pool. We cooked dinner several nights and found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen-this is rare for a rental property! The King bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking was a little tricky/narrow under the unit for our cars plus golf cart. Next time, we’ll leave the large SUV parked in the neighborhood nearby so we don’t have to jockey back and forth with the golf cart. We’d love to return!

Better than expected

The home was really lovely. Great views, easy access to town, beach and the dock making dropping a kayak in the river super easy. And yes, we saw dolphin! My husband and I enjoyed the quiet while our 20-something children enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and bars. Great vacation!

Quiet and Relaxing

The location was great because it was so quiet and relaxing, but close to all the restaurants, bars and Folly Beach. Everything is really in walking distance so once you are there, you can just park the car and enjoy the island. The townhouse was just as described and shown in photos. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck with the sunrise and a glass of wine as we watched the sunset. Highly recommended.

Great property

Property was great for our family girls trip! We had a wonderful time! Beautiful sunsets every night. My only issue was with the head of housekeeping. We had dirty sheets on the master bed. (We have pics). We contacted them around 8pm and didn’t hear back until after 9 and 2 attempts to call. When we were contacted back the head of house keeping said “well I don’t know what to tell you we aren’t out there that late and can’t do anything about it”. She was rude and definitely not accommodating. She told us that if she would have known about it earlier maybe she could help. (We didn’t even look at the bedding until we wanted to go to be as I’m sure most people would do) We did find extra sheets but they were all queen so we had to wait until the next day to have clean sheets put on. I would never have mentioned any of this had her attitude been a bit better. The “I don’t know what to tell you” approach was unprofessional and rude. All that said, the rest of our time was wonderful! The house was definitely what we needed for a nice relaxing long weekend.
