Spread across the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, this bright and airy condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open-concept living area on the 2nd floor is ideal for gathering together, sharing meals, or unwinding after a day exploring Charleston.

Living & Dining
The inviting living room offers cozy seating and a great spot to relax or stream your favorite shows. Just beyond the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area seats six—perfect for group meals or morning coffee.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third offers a king bed, all with ample closet space for a restful stay. The recently renovated 2nd-floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the 3rd-floor bathroom offers a double vanity and a tub/shower combo—great for groups.

Rooftop Retreat
One of the highlights of this home is the private rooftop terrace on the 4th floor—an exclusive outdoor space where you can relax, enjoy fresh air, or unwind under the Charleston sky.

Access & Comfort
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, ensuring privacy throughout the stay. The home is well-lit and easy to navigate for added comfort and peace of mind.

Parking & Notes
Daily street parking passes are available for one vehicle. Our team is happy to assist with parking pass details.

Construction on a neighboring home is currently happening, but they are only doing internal work. The loud building is over!

Other Notes: *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
