Poised to be one of Charleston’s best -kept secrets, Southern Sophistication at Honey Ridge is situated centrally to Charleston and Summerville. This two bedroom townhouse is designed for guests who prefer the added privacy of a separate entrance. This is a great place to get away and enjoy what Charleston or Summerville has to offer. It is ideal for family vacation, business, anniversary or simply R&R!

Great place to stay, communication was great , the place was clean and felt peaceful. It was also great to have the rooms upstairs for those who wanted to turn in early or get a nap while others are awake, and have a quiet place to be. Shawn was great !

The entrance to the property was not clean, trash was dumped on the curb and left for days...it is probably still there because it was not recently dumped as weeds had grown up within the trash and fresh trash piled on before we left. I felt uncomfortable with even going into the apartment. I will never use VRBO again.

This property is beautiful, cozy and great amenities. Great location, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Lots of stores, restaurants and anything you could need. The host was so nice to us. Don’t miss out! I recommend it!

Great for a short stay!

If you don’t require bells and whistles and need a place to crash in the area for a few days this is your place! Very convenient location close to stores and restaurants with a quick drive to downtown Charleston or the popular Nexton area. A portable air conditioner makes the master bedroom pleasant even during feels like 110 degree temperatures. Check in was easy and though furnishings were a bit dated everything was comfortable and clean.

Centrally located, but out of the way

Communication with the owner was always prompt.The property is located in a quiet area and the neighbors are polite. It was a little bit of a drive to get places like the beach. But being North of the city it was easy to go to many beaches. And lots of other places places outside of the downtown area. Overall, this was a very nice place to visit for a quiet getaway.

It was a quaint place with all the essentials of my stay. My family and I needed a place that was close to Charleston Southern while I was visiting my son. This quaint, townhouse rental is nestled in a family neighborhood about 12 minutes from Charleston Southern University. The host was very responsive and courteous when I had a question. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a very pleasant stay!

Short trip

I brought my 2 daughters for a short trip to Charleston. This place was great. It smelled super clean right when you walked in. It was a quiet location and was easy to get to all the different sights in the area. Would definitely stay beee again!

Convenient to Summerville

Overall the place was okay. Certainly not extremely clean. Was not allowed to use the dishwasher for the instructions. I would say the neighborhood was certainly not safe. The code given to me by the host for the laundry room did not work. The electronic lock had to be almost broken because it took at least four attempts every time to try to get into the house. Overall I would say it was an okay place to stay
