Welcome to our second floor Tennis Club Villa! It has been significantly refreshed over the past few years with new mattresses and bedding; new appliances; new flooring in the bedrooms; some new furniture and fresh paint. It is ideally located just a short, pleasant walk from the beach, the Sanctuary Hotel, and several dining options. Adjacent to the tennis center, the villa is also close enough to walk to the Turtle Point Golf Course and driving range. Night Heron Park, “The Nest” market, and playgrounds are close by. There are two bedrooms; one has a king bed and ensuite bath, the other has two double beds and ensuite bath. There are TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen, with ample storage and granite countertops, is well equipped. From the large screened porch you might catch glimpses of wildlife on the natural, wooded grounds. WiFi is included. Beach gear, towels, and a beach wagon are supplied. Bring your own bicycles, or rent from several vendors on the island, to enjoy more than 30 miles of paved paths.
Parking spaces are provided for two vehicles. Rental Business License # RBL21-000078
* This villa rental does not include access to swimming pools. Unfortunately, Kiawah Island is not making day passes available at this time.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The unit was clean, tidy, and had all the comforts of home. We stayed here while we were in between our old home and new home and loved it. Louis was a super communicative host, was very flexible and made us feel so welcome. We loved the neighborhood and appreciated the fact that it was a 10 minute lovely walk to the beach. It was priced fairly amongst the other rentals in the area. The screened in porch was also lovely! We recommend this rental/host and would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend!

Great, clean place to stay and perfect for our vacation. Lou was super helpful and very responsive - even sending weather updates as we were there during a tropical storm. Highly recommend!!

My parents and I had a great stay at Kiawah last week. I loved the layout of the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. Also, since i was for working remotely for a few days - i found the internet to be great. Thanks!

Third summer and love it!

This is the third summer my family and I have stayed at this villa. We love it! Very clean and a great location. It is dog friendly which we love too! Louis is very responsive to any questions. We will be booking again!

Louis is friction free as a landlord. Such an easy place to stay with a short walk to the beach! We believe our dog might have enjoyed his stay more than we did!

Perfect Kiawah vacation!

We've been vacationing in KI for 35 years and have stayed in beautiful homes and villas each time. This villa stands out not only for being well equipped and well furnished but for the prompt and accommodating communications from the owner. Wonderful

This villa is wonderful and the owner is great and quick to respond. It is clean, dishes/pots/pans included, etc. You can be to the beach at a slow walk pace within 10 minutes easily.

Great spot on kiawah

We stayed for the week and enjoyed ourselves. Everything was clean, wifi worked great to support WFH. There was an unexpected repair needed for one of the bridges to get to the beach- owner provided a work around but it was a bit of a walk, unfortunately.

We have visited Kiawah Island for many years but this was our first stay at The Tennis Club Villas. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Family vacay

Great place! The walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch each morning and even cooked in a couple of times…we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the storage area where we were able to lock up our own bikes. It made it a lot easier so that we didn’t have to bring them up to the condo each night. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing escape

Amazing Stay

Wonderful relaxing stay

Property was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the screened in porch. Lots of deer and wildlife. Easy walk to the beach. Owner provides wagon, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Louis was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Well-appointed perfect stay

We’ve been coming to Kiawah as a family of 4 with elementary-aged kids for several years, and this has been our favorite property yet. Well-equipped kitchen and everything you need for a home away from home: even down to hair dryers and nightlights in the bathroom! It was sparkling clean, quiet, and a cheerfully decorated villa only a short bike ride or 5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Great Spot for a Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this great location. Convenient walk to the beach. The owner provided beach supplies including an umbrella, chairs and a wagon to haul everything. Also provided were dog bowls and a cover for the furniture in case the dog wanted on the couch. These were all great surprises.

Kiawah vacation

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island! Golf, spa at the Sanctuary, shopping at Fresh Fields and beach walking. I love the beach in May!
