Welcome to King Street. This property went through an extensive full remodel in 2024 and is conveniently located on upper King Street and walking distance to all Downtown Charleston has to offer. Spending your visit as this unique home puts you a stone`s throw away from award winning restaurants, nightlife, and the scenic history of our city.

All the bedrooms are set up with comfortable beds and of windows for natural light, but draw the curtains if you want to sleep in. The living spaces are filled with ample seating and smart tv`s. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast as well! Enjoy the entire home and yard booking this listing!

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

The place itself was fine. Pros- walking distance to all the activity on King St and Charleston fun! Beds were comfy. The patio is great. Easy parking. Cons: It’s next to a very loud bar that sometimes has insanely loud music…heavy metal bands….that play until 11pm. Bar is open until 2am. It attracts motorcycles….that rev their engines all hours, along with ppl in the parking lot and street who are loud. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. It’s honestly hard to sleep. The kitchen is very small….missing some things to cook with.

Great property but small issues

Loved the property itself. It was very comfortable, funky and fun decor and a very good location for downtown and King Street shopping and restaurants. The small issues were an iron but no ironing board; WiFi never worked even after notifying the host and the property appears to be next door to a biker bar, which was very loud at night. All that said, I would recommend it if you’re not bothered by noise. I’m assuming WiFi usually works.
