OCEANFRONT! July 4 week available

Enjoy a great family getaway only steps from the ocean at Folly Beach! Early risers will enjoy watching the sun as it rises over the ocean. Watch the surfers from the front porch while you relax in the swing or rocking chairs.

In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we have Bedroom #4 which is actually a very large sunroom that includes 2 twin beds, futon, and extra living space--a perfect place for kids! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a pack and play; and bedroom 3 has a king bed.

Two large bathrooms are off the hallway and offer convenient access from all bedrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower and the largest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

In the spacious family room, there are 2 additional daybeds. The kitchen has a dining bar that seats 5. The dining room table seats 6.

When you're ready for time in the shade, enjoy the cool breeze while swinging in one of the two swings on under the house. There is also a 3rd bathroom/shower room on this level. There is an outdoor shower behind the house. In the evening, you can experience the wonderful sunsets over the Folly River and view the historic Morris Island Lighthouse from the deck. There is a gas grill on the upstairs deck, and we keep an extra propane tank for the grill in the shower room.

This is a great place. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. Nice town, you can walk to it if you are feeling strong. A great house for families. Everything worked as it should. We are booked for next year.

The view from the front porch is Amazing. Plan on spending much of your time sitting on the porch watching the dauphins go by, taking in watching the surfers as well. Beautiful Sunrise views. The house is very clean, and beds are comfortable too. House is well stocked with everything you need. Home away from Home. Owners are Fantastic

Home is exactly what we had wanted for our family trip. Plenty of comfy beds and space for food & fun, with an excellent location. Heavenly Days lll is truly heavenly! The house is clean, very comfortable and truly charming, the location is perfect and the porch is the best! The entire experience was easy from start-to-finish, including seamless entry instructions, easy check-out procedures and very easy and quick communication with Gracie! This was one of our most beloved vacations, in no small part because of this magical vacation property. Our family will be back!

The view was stunning. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was so refreshing. Loved taking naps on the daybeds and waking up to the ocean. The house had everything we needed. My dad said by far his favorite beach house. He grew up around here and never had an ocean front house so this was nice to see. Couldn’t keep him off the porch practically. Ms Gracie is a wonderful host and we hope to be back very soon!

Family Vacation

A great house and location for a family vacation. This house has everything you need for a great time at the beach. Fantastic location, easy beach access and all the amenities you need. Beautiful views!

Cute beach house with a perfect view! Large enough for the whole family and we loved that we just had to walk across the street for the beach! Gracie was quick to respond with any questions. Hope to stay again one day soon!

Wonderful Place From Which to Experience Folly Beach!

My daughters and grandchildren drove in from Nashville and we spent a wonderful week at Miss Gracie's place on the beach. Plenty of room, right across from the beach, and got to experience a Lunar Eclipse to boot!Will definitely stay here again!

Incredible Vacation

Our stay was great, Gracie couldn't have been more accommodating for our vacation. Excellent communication & clear directions for everything related to our stay. The home was outstanding, loved sitting on the front porch / deck & listening to the sounds of the ocean. Everything you could have asked for in a beach house. We would love to stay there in the future.

Great Beach House

It was our first time staying at Folly Beach and we enjoyed it so much! The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could want. Close proximity to the beach with awesome views, we loved the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The host Gracie was very accommodating, helpful and friendly! Would definitely rent this property again.
