The host had immediate response time on any questions. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The location was prime. We were not aware the unit had 3 flights of stair and it was quite dark in the living area. Overall, we had a great stay and would return.

The host was wonderful. Customer service was excellent. This is located right in the middle of downtown and was within walking distance of everything, which was great! Side note: If you have problems climbing stairs, this is not the place for you. The temperature in the master bedroom was difficult to control. It was either too warm or too cold. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!

The property is great and in the heart of downtown. Food and shopping were steps away. Everything was clean and well stocked. 2 bedrooms are off the main street which resulted in street noise but they have the apartment well stocked with fans and sound machines. Definitely a great place for a girls weekend.

Very satisfied!
My family loved using this property as our base to explore Charleston at Christmastime. It was across the street from an entrance to The Charleston Place so we could enjoy all that decor. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do (carriage ride, shopping, marketplace, restaurants). I would definitely recommend this property for people who are good with stairs and mobile. The parking space is a short walk and there are a few flights of stairs to get inside. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, this would be a challenge.The apartment is also a better fit for people that mostly eat out. There is a small fridge, no range, and a small burner for cooking. Fine for something simple, but it's not for someone that wants to do big meals.We had a small issue with the controls to turn on the heat. Charleston had been warm and the mini split system was set to AC. Property managers were responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. There is a Target immediately across the street which is helpful for small items. There were a few rolls of toilet paper available, but there were 5 of us so it was close to running out. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, and attractive. You can't beat the location. Also, no ridiculous checkout list or expectations.

Fantastic location with plenty of nearby attractions. If you don’t mind a few stairs, this is an excellent place to stay. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t need to use it for the entire duration of our trip!

Quick trip while traveling
My husband and I were traveling from our NC place home to Fl and decided to break up the long trip with a quick stay in Charleston . Could not have picked a better spot as far as walkability . We did have a little hiccup when we checked in as place was not cleaned and it was about 4:30 PM . They were going to switch over to the apt next door which we agreed was OK but the cleaners got there so quickly after we alerted them that we decided to go ahead and stick with our original choice . They were prompt and super helpful about the mix up . Beds were comfy ! We ate all meals out so didn’t need the mini kitchenette but used the fridge so handy to have . Had our pup along so we appreciated it being pet friendly . Highly recommend!!

Adorable Charleston Apartment
The apartment was beautiful. the rooms were a nice size.
loved the brick accent walls and historice qualities of the whole apartment. We didn't need any cooking facilities so the lack of stove didn't bother us. the apt is right on King St and near everything including a great breakfast place up market st. the only caution I would give is it is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs it is not for you,

Great location in historic Charleston for family or group
Fabulous location right off King St. as a home base for doing the historic Charleston stuff: walk around and see the old neighborhoods and churches, maybe with a carriage ride; take the ferry out to Fort Sumter; visit the aquarium; walk the seawall; and fill in any extra time with shopping and eating seafood. The spacious apartment has three good-sized bedrooms, two baths, and a living room area. Great space for our group of six. Small but well-equipped kitchenette. There's a reserved parking spot behind the building, but you are likely to just leave your car there, because walking around is so easy. One mild warning: You do need to climb a couple of flights of steps to enter or exit the property. Not a problem for anyone in our group, but just so you know.

Excellent location!
We rented this property as a group of 4 on a girls trip. We did not need to rent a car because the location was phenomenal to walk to shopping, restaurants, and tour meeting spots. The Uber from the airport was about 25 minutes and $30ish-super easy. The property was easy to access and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We didn’t need a full kitchen for this trip, but just be sure that’s your situation too before you book! Also there is a target 2 storefronts down for convenience!

Great location. We stayed 7 nights. Condo was not properly stocked for 6 adults for 7 nights. Not nearly enough, toilet paper, soap, towels or even drinking glasses and coffee cups. Average cleanliness.

Good location but pack light because you have to go up 3 flights of stairs
Perfect location but, I did not appreciate having to take the trash out. There’s a reason that I paid a cleaning fee.
Also, if you have any issues and don’t receive the check-in instructions like I didn’t. VRBO isn’t even able to help you and directs you to a number to call. I found it ridiculous that I booked it via VRBO and they weren’t able to help me.

Great get away!
Two friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The location is ideal and we could walk everywhere. Future visitors should be aware that the two bed rooms that face the street end up hearing a lot of noise from outside. Also, it wasn’t a problem for us, but there are a lot of stairs to get to the property. The floors were a bit dirty, but other than the apartment was in very good condition—beds were comfy and the water pressure in the showers was fine. We would definitely come back and recommend it to friends!

Great location for walking around Charleston. Refrigerator was too small and we were unable to make or store ice because the space was covered with ice. Never did get the TV to work. Other than that it was a great stay.

My friends and I absolutely loved the location and style of this apartment! Having a parking spot around back was also extremely helpful. The manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the gate lock and he fixed it right away! I would definitely stay here again.

Best Location in Charleston!
Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom property right in the middle of everything. Shops and restaurants surround you. Quiet residential areas a few blocks south. Easily walk and not have to Uber to most of what Charleston offers.
