Beautiful historic row home minutes walking distance to downtown. Great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. very close by. Recommend Bad Bunnies for coffee and pastries. Lovely home. First floor of a two level rental. Upstairs separate rental. Wonderful linens, etc. Owner very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay. The home with very clean and rooms were spacious. The living area was small and not enough for all of us to eatTogether, in contrast to the very large bedrooms. The location was safe and good. It was a bit further out from the historical part of Charleston, but easy to get to everywhere otherwise. I love that there was parking, but the spaces were difficult to get in and out of. Fortunately, no one was staying in the upper unit of the home so we had more space to maneuver the cars. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Great central location

Huge bedrooms, tons of character and great central location. Kitchen and living space are small but functional. Bedrooms are quiet and have blackout curtains that work great. The whole family loved our stay.

nice weekend getaway

cute place, it was perfect for my family of 4. Not really sure how to use the Pool Club that was advertised, however. But we would not have been able to spend too much time there since my teenagers were not old enough to go. Cute neighborhood and the bar next door was a fun spot to stop for a before dinner cocktail. There was a noise coming from the bar that sounded like a truck backing up all through the night while we slept that was maddening. Hopefully that has been sorted out since we were there. That kind of ruined the "Relaxation" part of my trip. Very walkable to Upper King Street and College of Charleston. Plenty of room for our family of four. I hope your car is not larger than a small SUV because parking was a lil scary. I am glad we and the people who occupied the upstairs only had one car each. Speaking of upstairs, it is an old house which means the floors and the walls have barely any noise canceling insulation. Keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper like me. It was clean and the coffee provided was delicious, and the beds were comfy.

Great location

The property was fine with two exceptions - the parking is very difficult even with a small car, and the gathering space in the house is very limited. The location was perfect and overall we managed the difficult parking and lack of gathering space.

Great location

Property management services, Stay Duvet, were amazing. Location was outstanding so many great restaurants nearby. Beds, pillows and bedding so comfortable! Property overall is rundown and needs a refresh of paint, furnishings and rugs. Front porch was great but needs to be cleaned and also refreshed. Overall, our stay was great and we love Charleston!

Excellent communication with Stay Duvet any questions were immediately answered. We were in unit "A' which is the downstairs unit with a backdoor entry, not a street entry. It could be loud when the upstairs people were moving about. The location is excellent for walking all around the city. The unit comes with 2 behind the house parking spots, they are small and tight, a larger vehicle won't fit if the other unit "b" has vehicles parked here too. Great coffee shop nearby and all restaurants are a close walk.

Cute and cozy, good location

Our group included a few friends. The three bedrooms were all very well appointed and large. The two full baths were clean and all products one would expect at a hotel were provided. The kitchen and tv space is in a galley arrangement which was fine for us. We were appreciative of the reasonable check out which didn’t include crazy expectations like stripping beds, etc. take the trash out. Done. The management company communication was proactive and left no questions. This property is about a mile from Kings street, which was fine because we liked the walk. Fuel is next door so expect some noise on weekend nights. Overall, great stay!

Short stay in Charleston

Liked the property very well. Parking is difficult. The bathrooms are nice but no towel rings for hand towels. They probably need to address the wasps under almost every window outside. It could be a serious problem for people with allergies.
