The Space: This charming Charleston home is made up of two separate suites within one building, each with its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. Both the upstairs and downstairs suites have identical layouts, each featuring two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

In each suite, the bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned at opposite ends of the apartment to provide extra privacy for guests. Every bedroom includes a king-size bed with luxury linens and a 50-inch Smart TV. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and offer a clean, modern design with tiled floors and a tub/shower combination.

The kitchens in both units are fully remodeled and well-stocked for guests who prefer to cook or dine in. Furnishings throughout the home blend antique charm with modern comfort, creating a space that feels both warm and stylish.

Each living room includes a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space, as well as a dining table with seating for four. Natural light fills the home, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Both suites offer private porches with secure, street-facing doors, providing an added sense of safety while giving guests a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the Charleston breeze.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet. The home also includes two onsite parking spaces located directly behind the building for your convenience

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

Amazing weekend getaway!

This was the perfect spot for our bachelorette party (group of 12) to stay for a long weekend. The hosts were extremely communicative and even brought us sheets for the pull-out sofas and extra towels when we called at midnight. Extremely clean, great location, quiet (aside from neighbors who were up late), and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this place! I was at first nervous due to space constraints with a larger group, but it fit our needs very well and it was nice to have two separate areas for girls to get ready, hangout, cook, etc.

the BEST weekend!

13 of us came for a long weekend, and the house was perfect. It was close to everything. There was enough room for all of us to be in one spot but it was also nice to have both units to minus noise and accommodate everyone's routine. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful house

This was a perfect house for my large group(12). The house was clean and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with glassware, dishes, etc. that you might need. The living rooms were a little smaller then they seemed in the pictures in the listing. For our group, the split apartments worked, but if you are looking for a large gathering room for a lot of people this set up would not work. The laarge parking lot behind the house was wonderful. My only complaint is there were not enough towels for the number of people in our group. We really enjoyed our stay.

wonderful location

We enjoyed our first trip to Charleston in this darling house with the perfect location to do the things we wanted. We had a small issue with the key pad not working on the upstairs unit and the battery was replaced within the hour as well as our questions about extra table and chairs. The team was very responsive. Our only suggestion would be to reoutfit the kitchens with basic glassware as we ran short for the number of people we had with us. The upstairs/downstairs unit setups with 2 separate kitchens worked well for our early to bed group vs. the late nighters both in the evening and early mornings. The house is charming with plenty of parking and walking distance to several worthy restaurants.

Homey and comfortable inside, tons of parking outside

Cozy space that is well decorated to feel like a home. The apartment was a great balance of having updated effects while maintaining the feel of an older, well loved building - very tastefully done and comfortable. Classic Charleston porches are also a nice touch, as well as the huge parking area behind the building. This reservation was for both the downstairs and the upstairs apartments, which are completely separate units from one another; it would be nice if they were connected so that our group wasn't separated, but it's very easy to pop up or down via the exterior stairs, so not a problem. We would happily rent these apartments again! The Stay Duvet management company was also helpful, easy and quick to get in touch with.
