  • This unique studio space has been re-imagined to balance the magic of the past with modern amenities, including eclectic furnishings and decor, original architecture details, contrasting textures, and an outdoor dining area. All linens provided along with K-cup coffee maker and coffee. This is a LEGAL listing. We have been granted an exception by the city to operate as a short term rental. This property is not suitable for children..*****Important!***** Early checkin and late checkout can not be accommodated.

    Please note that this apartment is on the second floor and there is a flight of stairs involved. Optional parking is located at a local garage around the corner. Please note that parking in downtown Charleston is very expensive. Please see additional property at #741046.

This home was perfect, it was in a great location and everything in the listing was accurate. We were able to park our car for the weekend in the parking garage and then walk everywhere we planned to go. There was a target and cvs within walking distance for items and food. Restaurants and shopping were right outside as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice. Safe. 3 locked doors which made it nice and secure. Right on main street plenty to do. Stairs were not a problem for us.

Perfection

Location of this rental is very convenient and is right in the middle of King street surrounded by shops and restaurants. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted. Parking is in a garage about a block away. We absolutely loved the historic charm of this rental! It had everything we needed and more! Ashley was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great downtown Charleston location

This was a great stay. Right on King street, close to all the activities but still private and quiet enough. Very clean and probably the best stocked with supplies VRBO we've stayed at. Perfect for a couple. Walkable to everything including the aquarium and the Fort Sumter ferry. Do yourself a favor and don't rent a car. Much better to walk and Uber everywhere.

Great location

This was a wonderful property in the middle of Charleston within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. We didn’t need to rent a car and between walking, the DASH bus system and Uber we got everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was everything we wanted and more. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. Ashley was super helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Lovely, centrally located apartment

Location could not have been better-right in the middle of all the activities in Charleston and especially convenient to TD arena and the College of Charleston. Immaculate, comfortable, attractively decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay.

The Perfect Stay

This property was everything and more! It is in the perfect location to be able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, market and harbor. It was stocked with everything you could need, even beach towels that we used for a day trip to Folly Beach. Clean and well-kept with a comfy bed! The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking and would rent here again next time we return!

King Street Charleston

Great little studio apartment with a lovely little fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Bedroom is large with a comfy bed. The location is amazing! Central and walking distance to everything!
