Great location, beautiful house, plenty of space & nice amenities for our girls’ trip to the Charleston Open. Parking was a plus as was the walkability to great restaurants in the area.

We went down for Admitted Students day with our daughter and my in laws for College of Charleston. When we checked in I had messaged how to get to parking but no reply. We then had to go through emails to figure out. Definitely TIGHT parking and we didn’t even have a big vehicle. Got into unit and messaged about a hole in ceiling in kitchen area. No reply. We did read reviews about how downstairs you can hear everything upstairs when people rent that. And that’s 100% true. They played loud music, came home both nights after midnight and sounded like a rodeo was going on throughout entire upstairs. We also did not know right next door is an event place. Both night were weddings and VERY LOUD all night. The driveway right outside the windows was full of drunk people all night smoking and screaming. So not much sleep at all entire time. Did send text with no reply until the morning we left. The place is very nice and clean no issues there. The wedding party people also sat on steps when too drunk as we were sitting on front porch on rockers. A cop does sit on corner across street but he didn’t seem to mind all going on. My mother in law who came along cause she wanted to see her only grand daughter and where she will be going is recovering from surgery and had such an awful time she tried to sleep during the day. I think a little better advertising to warn people about the loud events literally right out your window would have really helped. And actually replying to texts.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house looked newly renovated and the four bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! It is in a great location with a little breakfast/lunch cafe right across the street. There is a great outdoor space out back that we would have used more if the weather had been warmer. We will definitely be back again.

Great location!

Great for multiple parties! Spacious and perfect location. Check in and parking super easy. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Of note, this is a lower unit. The unit above us was occupied and bit noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, recommend an alternate location.

Great location, comfortable house, outdoor spaces were a plus and parking was convenient.I would recommend a piece of furniture to put things on in the bedrooms like a small table or something. Also a few more hooks to hang towels up in the bathrooms.

Great Location

Loved the neighborhood and the house layout. Had some issues with the icemaker but the maintenance people sent out a repair guy who brought us ice even though the icemaker was not fixed. Enjoyed the front and back porch areas a lot!

Great spot

We have a reunion of siblings and spouses yearly in different locations. This property provided a great launch pad for an awesome few days in Charleston. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities, very welcoming spot.

Sisters Birthday.

We had an incredible time visiting Charleston. We stayed at 82A Cannon st. It’s the perfect location. Neighborhood is nice clean and quiet. Our unit was downstairs and perfectly clean. The best part was all of the Showers. The water pressure is impressive. Like a spa. There are stores and bagel shops close by to stock the kitchen. Which made for nice morning with coffee. We took Ubers everywhere, which was nice not to stay in a busy part of town.

Overall it was great!

At first glance the property was beautiful and everything we had hoped it would be. The beds are all really big and nice! The owners let us check in early which was also a huge bonus because we had earlier flights. We did encounter some issues while staying at this location. 1. The main coffee pot does not work but they also had a Keurig so it was okay! 2. We found dead flies and a cockroach on the floor. On addition to that we found a lot of hair on the floor. I don't think the floors had been mopped for a while because our feet were really dirty. 3. There was hair on the pillows of one of the beds (I believe they were clsan and this just happened to stick from the laundry but it was not great) 3. Almost all of the dishes were dirty. 4. I texted the number on the refrigerator and I did not hear back. I did message in the app and they said they did not receive my earlier message. We paid a lot to stay here and it was disappointing that the place was not as clean as we had hoped. With that being said, we did have a great time. Its a fun location, beautiful, and the staff was kind to let us in early!

Very clean great house and instructions one king size bed, second from the back, creaks terribly and breeds to be replaced. We switched the second night and let a kid stay in that bed. Other than that, very good !!

Ideal Friends Getaway

Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The bedrooms, with connecting bathrooms, are a nice size and provided privacy for each person in the group. Kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for our trip. Only thing to note is that once people checked into the unit above us, some of our group needed earplugs and./or the provided sound machine in order to sleep.

Beautiful home for family or group

All 4 bedrooms were spacious and each had nice bathrooms. Nice living area with open kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked. While small, it was cozy and laid out nicely. Easy walk to coffee shops and quick drive to King St. to shop. We had a wonderful time in this home. Only downside is that there is an upstairs unit and you will hear the people above you. Parking spaces are also tight but we had 2 cars and managed to get them in and out.

Best VRBO Ever!

We were in town for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival. While this weekend each year is always so fun, staying at this place made it even better. The beds are so comfortable. All beds are king size and each bedroom has its own bathroom. When I arrived, the ice maker and water dispenser were not working. I texted the property managerr, and she had her maintenance person come right over and he fixed AND he brought us 2 bags of ice. We will be back for sure!

College Friend Reunion

We throughly enjoyed our weekend getaway to Charleston. The property is great for a large group or multiple families. The layout is wonderful with each room containing a bathroom. I would advise anyone to be aware the parking is located behind the property and to throughly read check in instructions so you know where to go. We had no problems contacting the property management for any needs. My only concern is that the dish washer was not clean but the rest of the property was spotless. They even honored our request for extra towels.

Great property, great location

Great stay! A few observations: dishwasher should be checked for mold and inadequate washing and drying; laundry detergent packs were leaking in the container; suggest towel racks in bathrooms; the green cabinets were great but the painters painted right over lights under the cabinets; a few more side tables/lamps in bedrooms would be good; a few more towels in bathrooms would also be good.. these aren’t criticisms, but observations/ suggestions. We hope to come back

We had a wonderful time staying in the Guesthouse in Charleston. There was plenty of room, the bedrooms were well appointed, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the location was within easy walking distance to King Street.

Cute place. Easy walk to town.

Slightly beat up on inside. Overall cute/clean. Venue nextdoor was a bit noisy bc of wedding, but ended at 11 pm. The hosts were helpful.
