  • Words will not do justice to the island that is Seabrook. Nestled among the South Carolina barrier islands, Seabrook is a private, gated community committed to the preservation of the natural beauty that is so richly present all over the island. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, foxes, alligators, raccoons, and many other species. The peace and tranquility that exists on Seabrook simply must be experienced to be believed. Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses are Audobon certified and skillfully carved into the landscape to maximize the experience of nature during each round of golf. The Tennis Center is nationally acclaimed offering a dynamic tennis experience.

    Access to other amenities includes a fitness center with sweeping ocean views, an olympic size swimming pool, a driving range, an equestrian center, several restaurants, and of course, the beach. The beach experience at Seabrook is very unique in that it is extremely private. Even in the peak times of summer the beaches are very uncrowded.

Wonderful vacation!

Awesome, responsive hosts!Clean, well appointed villa in a great location was a perfect spot for a quick family getaway and a great value for our budget. We loved having the pool close by, and were usually the only ones using it. It was quiet and peaceful and we so appreciated our time there. So glad I found this listing!

Very quiet and relaxing. Exactly what I was searching for to celebrate our anniversary. View from the porch was a beautiful backdrop when dining. Restaurants and shopping were convenient. Host was very responsive.

Cozy and Perfect!

Had a wonderful time staying at Anne and Tom’s place. Just as it’s pictured. Super clean and perfect location. This was a getaway for just me, and I felt safe and secure while I was there. Love Seabrook Island! I will be booking again, for sure!!

We had the best visit again to Seabrook!

Loved the property, location was fun for our kids to bike to beach or to Freshfields or Bohicket on their own! Lovely spot, cute deck, and great to have the own little pool!!! Been coming to Seabrook since 1987, so this has been added to places to stay again!!

Great place

We loved our time on Seabrook Island. The villa was perfect for me and my teenage daughter. The location was quiet, peaceful, beautiful and an easy drive to Charleston. Tom was great and made the process super easy. Thanks for sharing your place!
