Este condominio ofrece un balcón privado con sol de la mañana y deslumbrantes vistas al mar, pisos recién instalados, pintura fresca, decoración de paredes nuevas, electrodom��sticos de tamaño completo, incluyendo un refrigerador nuevo de acero inoxidable, cocina totalmente equipada con una nueva salpicadura y nueva iluminación. dos sillones que inducen el sueño y una mesa de comedor / tarjeta. En la sala de estar principal hay un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana con cable y un reproductor de DVD y un sof�� cama completo. En el dormitorio, una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD están dise��ados para la comodidad y conveniencia de los huéspedes. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started off with a small bump. The rental had a leak. But Island Realty was quick to offer a couple other suitable options that worked out. Our rental was nice, clean and a good location. Then, we experienced another problem, the heat went out in the rental. Overnight temps had been in the mid 30s so having heat was necessary. One text to the maintenance department and it was up and running by the time we got back. We’ve stayed at the Sea Cabins several times in the past and hopefully more in the future. PS: there is no place to hang your clothes. They need to remove the desk and install a closet or a bar to hang clothes from.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice stay during the week of July 28th. The rental was adequate for the 2 of us and everything was in order as described on Island Realty site. The air conditioning worked well. The only thing I will say is needed to be at least a manual can opener which there was not but we made out ok without it. Also the bar stools could use cushions because there were uncomfortable if sat on for a long time.

Not first time on IOP

The location is perfect. Easy to get to everything. the unit appears recently updated. It is a little odd having the bed in the front room but it works. Bring your own soap and shampoo. The travel size bottles they provide are just not enough. You will be pleased with the ease of check in and value.

However, much has changed at IOP, especially the food. Not a fan of the limited seafood. No one had a real seafood platter and everything was super small.portions and in plastic baskets. But the Sea Cabin was incredible itself.

Overall the property was well maintained and we enjoyed it. The mattress for the bed needs to be replaced. We saw a cockroach the 1st day, which was alarming. Maintenance did set traps immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are return guests in Sea Cabins for over 40 years. Our recent stay in 243C was very good. Recent re-modeling was very good; however, lacked some appointments that would make it even better. A new sofa would make a huge difference. Removing some of the new shelves to allow hanging a few items would also be a good touch.
